My most perfect bachelor

I sat in my apartment watching another game show just before another soap came on and sigh because they are all reruns. I've stayed in my apartment for fear of dying. After my parents deaths I came here to this city and bericaded myself in this apartment. I look over and see my monkey sitting up on my pillows and I smile. I walk over and take him in my arms and go back to my rerun soap. "oh Clara don't leave me!" the man cries. I start crying too. "Jim let me go if Rodric finds out he'll kill you!" she tells him. I'm sobbing like a great big baby.  Jim takes Clara in his arms and kisses her wildly. I snuggle closer to monkey and smile. "I wish I had someone like that to love me. someone who will chase after me and pull me into his arms like that and kiss me with a passion that will light a flame and cause me to fall under his hand.

"I love you monkey." I tell him as I slowly close my eyes.

I wake up to a bright white light shinning in my eyes. I can barely look down when I see that I'm wearing a long white dress and not my normal pants and t-shirt. I look around my eyes starting to adjust I see it's only my apartment. I get up off the couch and look around for Monkey. "Where is he?" I ask myself searching the room for him. I get up to leave the room when out of my room ina huge steamcloud from the bathrom stands a man he has copper skin long black hair a chiseled face and bright brown eyes. I find myself looking into the bright brown eyes of the man my body moved before I realized.  he smiles and touches my cheek. I let out a gasp and covered my mouth instinctively. he reached up and pulled my hand away bringing to his mouth and kissing the fingers I wanted to pull away but he pulled me closer and I couldn't. "kiss me Averdine," he said his hand on my cheek his face drawing ever near. We were just inches away when the doorbell rang. "Miss Averdine, your late on your rent." I hear. I close my eyes and try to get back to some normalcy. I sell stuff over the phone and it wasn't going well. I keep my mouth shut as my landlord knicked again. "Miss Averdine. " he calls. I look up into the caring eyes of this man and know I've seen him before but I can't place him. the landlord soon leaves and I'm alone with this man who is only wearing a towel. i reach out my hand and touch his chest I move closer and lie my head just above his heart. I can hear his heart beating fast and he wraps his arms around me. he smiles down at me and moves closer. his lips braze mine and I feel this crazy need, this want, this desire to kiss him passionatly and not let him go. I grab his face between my hands and pull him close. "more..." I whisper he smiles and runs his finger down my back as I kiss him again. I feel his hand reach the hem of my shirt and I laugh. "Who are you?" I ask still laughing. "Don't you remember?" he asks, "I'm your Monkey," he says pulling me close. "we need to get you some clothes." I say not even thinking about what he just said I reach my closet and gasp. i run back out and find him standing in the doorway. "you never had a problem woth me being naked before." he says pouting. "you were also a stuffed toy before!" I tell him. i head back to my closet and find a few clothes that might fit that I had bought as pajamas but they were to big and I was going to return them. he smiles at the pink Capitan America shirt I hand him and the pink sweatpants. he gets dressed quickly in the other room as I get dressed in the closet.  i hear his foot steps coming into the room. "why do you hide?" "I am a woman and i don't plan to let a man see me naked until my wedding night." he laughs. "But Averdine I already have." he says i fling the door open and stare him down. "when?" I ask him. yesterday the day before that and the day before that and years ago. I've always been in love with you. so I have always wanted you. " he says scooping me up in his arms. "Let me down." I tell him but he doesn't. "can't do that." he says caressing my face. "Your mine now and you'll be mine forever." he tells me. I gasp when he's s warm hands touch my stomach after he lifts my shirt. "You will give me sons, and in return I will do anything for you." he tells me. "who are you?" I ask again. " your Monkey," he tells me again. "No, who are you really?" I ask him. "my name is Isi. I was cursed as a child turned into a toy. I evalved every few years until I found you. I didn't want to leave your side and I didn't want to change." he says reaching out touching my cheek. "I am a prince by birth and if you come with me back to the time of my rule we can marry and I can give you the world!" he tells me kissing me passionatly again and again. i pull away needi lnflg to breathe.  "marry me Averdine." he says holding his hands on my hips my hands on his chest his heart rate growing in antisipation of my answer. I look up at him and he looked down to me and i smiled. "I've only ever loved you Isi." i tell him wraping my arms around his neck he smiles and laughs and picks me up and spins me around. "shall we?" he asks pointing towards the open bedroom door. "I guess." I say taking his hand tightly into my own. we walk towarss the door and a watery picture slowly appears in the doorway before we enter. I realize this is real and I'll be a princess...
