I was staring at the walls of my walk in closet, black, grey and blue hues cover them.
"I have nothing to wear." I say to Becca as she puts on the finishing touches to her outfit. She decided on a pair of beige ,black and white checkered pants, a long sleeve black crop top, and brown timberlands. The look didn't work for everybody, but she some how managed to pull it off with ease.
"Remind me why we're going to this thing again?" I ask. "Because, Ashley. We are supposed to 'bond' with Black Phoenix." Becca tells me.
My dad thought it was a good idea for all of us to head out to a party. What kind of father makes their teenage daughter go to a high school party?!
"Hey guys!" Manda says as she walks in. Shes wearing a grey dress that looks more like a really long t-shirt, that come just above her knees, with a light denim shirt tied around her waist and ligh pink and white timberlands and a gold neckless. All in all, she look adorably cute.
"Hey!" I say. "Help me find a outfit! Please!" I beg. "Sure!" She says brightly.
She looks around my cupboard a bit and finally decides on a outfit.
"Here you go!" She says. I look down and realise that she picked black ripped jeans, a maroon crop top, a black leather jacket and black timberlands, with a black choker. Amazing.
I put on the outfit and go out. "Well?" I ask. "Awesome! Now for hair and make up!" Says Manda. Instead of arguing, I just sit down and listen to her.
She puts on neutral make up, but gives me bold maroon lips and dark eyeliner.
She braids my hair into two fishtail braids and tells me to look in the mirror.
"Wow, Amanda. You're a miracle worker!" I tell her. She blushes and tells me thank you.
We walk down the stairs and give ourselves once overs in the mirrors, before deciding that we look decent enough to go out.
We smirk at each other and head out the door.
