Min-Joon entered the house and started to cook dinner.   He looked at the time, it was 4:00pm, he pulled out his grandmothers recipes and started to prepare the ingredients.   He had just finished marinating the beef when Ji-ah walked in.  She put her phone into her pocket and walked up to her brother.

"You're cooking?" She asked.

"Yes, we're having guess over and I expect you to be present" he said.  She stomped on the ground and dropped her arms by her side.

"But I was supposed to go to a party tonight" she said.

"Ji-ah, I never ask you for anything.  All I'm asking for is for you to be present, this is important" he said.

"Why?  Who's coming?" She asked, suspiciously.

"My..my girlfriend and her friends.  So, please be nice" he said.  It felt unfamiliar for him to call someone his girlfriend, he hadn't been in a relationship since her.   He immediately ignored the memory of her in his mind and focused on his conversation with his sister.

"You're dating?  Since when?  How long?" She asked quickly, excited.

"You'll find out at dinner.  Now, I have a dinner to prepare" he said as he turned back to cooking.   She grabbed a pair of gloves and started preparing the rice.

"Let me help.  We can't let her know about your horrible cooking skills just yet" she said jokingly.  He gave her a slight push with his shoulder and laughed with her.

"Do you know what you're gonna wear?" She asked.   He never actually thought about what he would wear.  He choose the dress code, but that was just about it.

"I don't know yet" he said.   She rolled her eyes and shook her head.

"Urgh, You're so clueless. It's good you got me.  I'll pick out an outfit for you" she said.

"How was I lucky enough to have you as a sister?" He asked dramatically.

"Because without me, you'd never survive" she said.

They continued to cook for about 2

They continued to cook for about 2.5hrs until everything was finished. Luckily they had pre-made food that they were going to have for dinner, so they saved a lot of time. Once everything was plated, they placed them on the table and took a step back.

"Everything looks great. Thank you Ji-ah" he said placing his arm over her shoulder.

"You're welcome. Now, what time is dinner?" She asked.

"7" he said. She piled her phone out from her pocket and looked at the time. She threw his arm off his shoulder, startling him. "What? What's wrong?" He asked.

"That's in 30 fucking minutes!!!! Hurry up, go upstairs. I'll pick out your outfit" she said as she pushed him up the stairs. She ran into his closet and skimmed through his wardrobe before she pulled out what she felt was a Really nice outfit. She placed it onto his bed and went to the bathroom. She knocked on the door and let him know his clothes were on his bed. She then proceeded to run into her room and pulled out her new lilac dress. The both of them managed to get ready in time before they all arrived.
