It was the scariest thing that ever happened to me.
I plunged into the cold water and every muscle froze in my body. I could feel something catch my foot. I looked down to see some weeds entangling my foot. I screamed. Well, the best I could underwater.
Something fleshy touched my foot. I saw a boy, around my age, unwrapping my foot. He looked up at me with his ivy-green eyes. He was actually kind of cute. But something about him freaked me out. It was almost as if I recognized him from somewhere. I screamed-again.
Black splotches started blinding my vision. No! No I'm going to die! I thought. Just then, he grabbed around my waist and we hit the surface. I gasped a breath of air. The black spots disappeared.
He started to climb the rocks, when everything went black again.

I woke up to see a handsome figure above me. I was laying in my bed, and the boy had his hand on my cheek. I don't know how long I was here, but I felt awful.
"Who-" I started to say, but he cut me off.
"I'm Feign. I rescued you from those waters. What were you doing in there? Taking a swim?" He smirked. His voice sounded like silk. Feign was getting awfully close. Then grandma saved the day by walking in. I looked at her worried face relax as she saw me.
"Oh Blaire. What happened?!" She gasped.
"I.... fell of the.... cliff," I gasped.
"Get some rest, Blaire. I'll come and visit you soon," Feign said. He touched my cheek affectionately before he walked out of the room. Grandma looked at me and smiled.
    "What?" I asked.
"Feign, he seemed to really like you," she smirked.
"Oh be quiet. He'd..... never like a girl like..... me," I teased. Grandma must've seen the look in my eyes.
"Someone likes Feign?" She knew. I sighed. It was pointless.
     "You got me,"
"We should invite him to dinner next time he comes over. I'd like to get to know him more," grandma said thoughtfully.
"Grandma! I'm only staying for the summer. Remember?" I whined.
"Yes, yes. I know. Now goodnight Blaire, dear. Sleep well," she said as she turned off the lights and headed out. I immediately turned and looked out the window. I saw Feign and sighed. He turned around and saw me. I blushed.
I waved at him, and he waved back. His smile made me warm inside, and his ivy-green eyes made me shiver. In a good way. I was actually looking forward to his next visit.
The last I saw him that day was of him walking down the cliff, and disappearing from sight.
