"SHADE SHADE WAKE UP IT CHRISTMAS!!" yelled Ruby as she ran around the room.
"Ok ok i'm up i'm up" i whined slightly.
I got out of bed and put on a sweater with Aurora's face on it and went down stairs. Me and Ruby got the presents together for everyone, and left to Sonic's house where the Christmas party was.

"Hey everyone Shade and Ruby are here!" I heard Aurora shout before she opened the door.
"Hey Aurora for once I hate you a little less today but only cause its Christmas" I told her while walking in.
"Yeah sure whatever" she said in response.
I sat in the kitchen and helped Amy a little with the food Blaze haloed as well.
=timeskip to dinner=
We were all sitting getting ready to eat when the doorbell rang. Aurora went to answer it and it was Shard I didn't notice he wasn't here. Shard sat next to me it was the only seat open.
"Someone gets to sit with their boyfriend" whispered Ruby in my ear and I blushed.
"S-shut up" I told her and cursed myself for studdring.
"Shade you okay you seem red" teased Aurora.
"I said shut up that inculdes you to" I said annoyed.
~timeskip to after dinner cause I am lazy~
"Hey Shade" Shard said from behind me.
"Oh hey what's up?" I asked.
"Nothing mu..." Shard began
"Look who's under the mistletoe" Ruby called out.
Me and Shard looked up and what do I know a mistletoe hung above our heads on a string.
"Well it is Christmas" chuckled Shard.
"Fine but just this once" I said reluctantly.
Shard smiled and lifted my chin, he leaned in close. His soft cool lips collided with mine. I normally I would have pushed him away but it felt so good. I could hear the snap of phone cameras probably Aurora and Ruby but didn't care I felt as if nothing could ruin this moment. Merry Christmas to me I guess.
Sorry this is a little late but I was really busy before and after Christmas so hope u enjoyed this chapter and I found it hard to fit some Shard x Shade moments in the story so here u go. Also plz in the comments try and come up with a ship name for Shard and Shade.
