"Naruto open up! We'll be late to the party!" Yelled Sakura standingnon the otherside Of Naruto's Door. "I'm coming, just grabbing the gifts!" Naruto yelled back. He had saved up money for the past couple weeks and could finally afford their presents. He had Jiji he had The Hokage get it for him. He finally found the presents on the table and slid his sandals on, walking out the door. Greeting Sakura they walked towards Kakashi Hatake's house.
Sakura went up to the door with a wreathe on it knocking three times. After a minute of hearing cursing and what sounded like a thud Kakashi walked out hopping on one foot. "What happened to you?" Sakura Asked. Naruto was in the dark in this situation not being able to see his senei's pained face. "Sakura, I have been stabbed, chakra depleted, and sliced open but, NOTHING hurts worse than stubbing your toe." They both laughed hearing a snicker behind them.
"Hey Sasuke-Kun!" Sakura chirped. "Hn." Sasuke responded. "Tch, merry Christmas teme." Naruto greeted. "Same, dobe."
"Well I have got chocolate ready and just set the presents under the tree." Kakashi said stepping aside for his genin to come into his home. It was a cozy place, not small, not big either. You could tell Kakashi was a festive person from the green wreath wrap around the baseboards and lights strung strategically around the roof and a beautiful Christmas tree. "Festive are we?" Sakura smiled. "Yes, Christmas should be full of cheer." Kakashi replied.
After an hour of talking (mostly done by Naruto and Sakura) eating, and just having a good time it was finally time to open presents. Kakashi handed them each a box the same shape and size. "Thanks kakashi!" Naruto and Sakura said smiling. Sasuke's respond was a simple 'hn' But, you could tell he was grateful. They all opened it to find a kunia, on the handle was each of there names carved perfectly into them. Naruto could feel his name engraved and smiled. "These are amazing Kakashi!" Sakura told him. "Thank you, I thought my little genin team would like them." Kakashi replied doing his upside down u smile.
"ME next!" Sakura gave out her presents. Opening it, Naruto received some ramen(that he was fearful for), Kakashi got a limited edition icha icha paradise that Sakura had to henge to get because apparently she was to younge to purchase. Sasuke has gotten more hair gel (he approved since his fabulous hair doesn't come naturally). They all thanked Sakura and Sasuke gave his presents.
Sakura got some pretty rocks in a bag, Kakashi got a new ninja pouch, and Naruto received five foot strand of lights (similar to Christmas lights) with ramen covers over the Bible to make it look like glowing ramen. "Thank you teme!" Naruto wasn't quiet sure what they were but new they felt like a strand of lights with cylinders placed evenly on it. "Hn, merry Christmas dobe." Kakashi and Sakura thanked Sasuke and then Naruto jumped up racing to the tree grabbing the presents to give to them.
Kakashi had gotten a new black mask with a little Konaha leaf sign on the left corner, Sakura got a bracelet with a cherry blossom weaves into the leather strap that was braded. Sasuke received a decorative rose with the A crest in the center that Naruto found on the ground one time when he could see. It was in good shape and was made from real gold. Jiji had told him that the crest was a Uchiha so he though Sasuke would like to have it. "Kakashi put his gift over his mask. "Now I have three masks." He chuckled. Everyone lost hope of seeing his face when he switched them. "This is beautiful Naruto thank you." Sakura Said strapping it around her wrist. Sasuke was quietly inspecting the golden rose. "Th-this was my mother's, she had lost it in the lake one day and she was sad that she couldn't find it. I went back and searched but, couldn't hold my breathe long enough to get it. Where'd you find this?" Sasuke Asked a little shocked. "I was swimming one day and cut my foot on the peddle." Naruto laughed. "Thank you Naruto." It was silent. "No problem Sasuke."
They all sat around some more until it was dinner they ate and went to leave. "Thanks again dobe." Naruto scoffed and turned around "don't mention it. And, DONT CALL ME DOBE!" Naruto Yelled. "Hey, look up." Kakashi Yelled chuckling. Sasuke looked up seeing a Mistletoe, blushing. "What is it?" Asked Naruto. "It's called a mistletoe when two people are under it, it's tradition to kiss." Kakashi did his perverted giggle. "Hn. We don't have to th. Hmf!" Naruto kissed Sasuke for three seconds before pulling away. "Like that?" Naruto looked like a innocent child when he said that. "Yup! Welp merry Christmas everyone! I'm going to bed." Sasuke was still to flustered to say anything walking out the door. Sakura has already left and Naruto headed home with a smile on his face.
"My first real Christmas."
