I finally managed to convince Jake to let me go on a run to the park because he never lets me out once he gets back from his work. While I was jogging I bumped into someone. They was wearing some sweatpants and a black hoddie with sunglasses, which I thought was a bit odd considering it was 9pm, I dismissed it as they fell off when I bumped into him. Geez why am I such a klutz.
???: Oh I'm sorry love I didn't mean to-
You: Oh no, don't worry I wasn't even looking at where I was going.
I looked up and your eyes met his, they were light hazel brown and the moon reflected light off of them. I could've gotten lost in them, if I kept looking at them, I swear the world would have stopped for a second. I cleared my throat and looked away.
You: Um well I better get going.
???: Oh...um...yea me too...
There was an awkward silence as neither of us moved until I spoke again.
You: Okay well bye.
I gave him a little smile as I started to walk again. But them the person called out to me.
???: WAIT!!
