I'm kinda tired and happy after the work. And as promised, here I am with Mr. Jin Toverdi in the amusement park. I should be in my bedroom at this time but yeah. I checked my wallet if I have enough money. I think I'll be good. "Oh don't worry. This is up to me. I'll pay for everything." he said. "That's kind of you sir but I-" He cut me off. "Shhh. I insist. And don't call me sir or I'll lower your salary."
"Woah. Sir, I mean- I- I'm not used to it." I said.
"You'll get the hang of it." he said. We went to the roller coaster and boi am I excited. After that, we also bought some foods. And lastly, "You said in your résumé that you used to sing in some of your friend's gigs. So let's go to the karaoke!" Is it necessary to say that? I feel embarassed now. Anyways, he paid for the room and ordered food. And it's just the two of us. Wow.
"What song shall Ms. Evasco sing?" he said while flipping the songbook. After a while, he said "Oh here, sing With A Smile by Eraserheads!" I sang it then the whole night was just so fun.
As I got home, I got a message from my boss.
Boss: Did you come home safely?
Me: Yes, sir. I mean- Jin. Thanks for tonight. I really enjoyed it. Also, don't decrease my salary. Hahaha
He replied in less than a minute. Wow.
Boss: Well, the salary's up to me. Hahaha 'Till next time.
We chatted for a long long time. Even nonsense things became our topic. It's literally 2 AM.
Boss: I didn't realize it was already 2 am. Goodnight, Kira. You're excuse for tomorrow's job.
Me: No no. I should go to work. Thank you again. Goodnight.
Boss: If you'll go to work tomorrow I might not promote you.
Me: You sure know how to blackmail me huh.
Boss: You better rest.
