Chat Noir POV
I ran through the night, it was painful. My mom wasn't here, and my dad didn't seem to care. I was exactly like a lonely cat in the night. Nobody cares. I'm alone tonight. As I leaped across the rooftops, I caught sight of the big Christmas tree the mayor always puts up.
I couldn't take it anymore. Without thinking, I called out for my cataclysm. I ran towards the tree, ready to strike. Suddenly, I heard a voice.
"Chat, stop!"
It was my lady.
Ladybug POV
"Chat, stop!" I yelled. He turned around. In his eyes, I could see pain and confusion.
"M'lady," he started, but I interrupted.
"What did you think you were doing?!" I half shouted at him. His eyes started to tear up.
"M'lady, I'm sorry, I didn't know what I was doing, really, I promise!" he answered. He took his hand, which still had the cataclysm energy on it, and grabbed an empty water bottle. It turned to dust.
"Hey, kitty, it's ok. Do you want to tell me what's wrong?" I said, as I sat down next to him. He put his head on my shoulder.
"It's just... my mom. She's gone. And... my dad is just so distant. I feel so lonely, ya know?" He said, and wiped a tear from his eye.
"Aww, kitty I understand," I said, pulling him into a hug. He hugged back, and I lightly kissed his cheek. I could see his face turn bright red. I giggled.
Chat Noir POV
I could feel my face turn as red as a tomato. Did she just? I heard her giggle, and it sounded better than a million bells could ever. I smirked.
"So, m'lady, what was that all about?" I said leaning in close to her.
"That was your Christmas gift, silly kitty!" she said, ruffling my hair. We both laughed
"Wow, bugaboo, thanks. Tonight, I just felt so lonely and cold... until you showed up. Thank you." I said, hugging her tightly.
"Aww, no prob kitty," she said, leaning in closer. ~
