** yay I finally carried on with this story, short chapter sorry!**

2 years have past, the place that once belonged only to me now belongs to other mutants. It was Thursday and I was in my office marking my students work until the bell rang, finally it was break. I walked into the kitchen where I find her. Her black hair wavy and long and her body fitted in a navy blue tight dress with black heels on. I walked up to her and grabbed her from behind.

"Haha, hello. I haven't seen you the entire day" she turns around to face me and plays with my hair.

"I know I'm sorry, I've been working a lot" I smiled as I looked into her deep green eyes.

"Don't over work yourself ok?" I nodded in response before placing a kiss on her soft lips.

"I have to go hunny" she pouted which made me laugh

"Ok" I gave her my best puppy eyes.

Just before she existed the kitchen, she grabbed onto her head and stumbled and fell softly to the ground, I ran to her in shock.

"Madison! Madison can you hear me? What's wrong?" I panicked

"My head! It hurts like hell!" She screamed, just before I picked her up she passed out from the pain.

She finally woke up, her body connected to wires. I was standing over her stroking her beautiful face.

"What? What happened?" Her words slurred.

"You had a huge head ache and you passed out from the pain" I said whilst I checked her pulse on the screen. She closed her eyes and took a deep breath.

"Tell me, did you get any head aches before?" I asked with concern.

"Well... Not like this one, I had small ones" she looked at both of her arms which were attached to about 4 wires each.

"And you didn't think to mention it?"

"I thought it was nothing serious, I thought it was just a migraine" she defended herself. "Why is there something wrong" she looked scared.

"I don't know, I can't find anything" I muttered

4 weeks passed

I was teaching my class about minds and how we can control our powers, Madison was teaching how to aim and object at a certain point until I heard screams come from across the room then a student comes running in.

"SIR! there's something wrong with Madison" I ran to her class room and saw her on the floor having a seizure.

"Shit, No no no" I picked her up and took her to the Lab. Her pulse was speeding up and her blood was getting hotter and her brain... She was having major brain activity.

"What's going on with me?" She whispered which startled me.

"I - I don't know" I replied

"Charles, we've been together for quite a long time, I know your habits, your strengths and weaknesses... Lying is one of your weaknesses" she looked at me with worried eyes.

"Remember when we first met and I told you have to put a barrier in your brain because if you learn how to use all of that power... You could be very dangerous and it could kill you" I bent down and held her hand and placed it on my cheek. She nodded.

"That barrier is destroyed" I whispered into her hand

"So... Can't you place a new one?" She asked

"No... You're too powerful now... It won't work" Her eyes looked big and terrified.
