BIG BROTHER BEAR ON ALL THREE BOYS.
He stopped from his position at the doorframe and arched an eyebrow, "Which one? There were multiple?"
Groaning, I threw my head back, pulling on the sweatshirt I picked, "Ugh! Just answer the question moron."
He rolled his eyes, "I don't know, he didn't really say anything."
"Did the guy tell you his name?" I washed my face in the bathroom and cleaned it with a hand-towel. I wore my shoe and walked out of my room in a rush as I followed him down the hall to his room that was next to mine.
I glanced at his room which I was pretty sure was arranged a few minutes ago because mum must have probably forced him to do it, "No. Like I said Noellia he didn't say much...he said you'd know."
Stopping as he pulled out a shirt, he turned around, his weary eyes staring back at me, "Noellia, do you know anything about what happened to you?"
Biting my bottom lip, I looked down at the floor, seeing how clean it was- wow! He really cleaned up. I looked around his room noticing some of his things had been moved like his drawing table.
It was moved from being close to his closet and now close to his window. His shoes were now kept close to his closet. Trying to avoid his gaze again, I looked at his wall and some of the paintings he did when he was younger, was still hanging.
He really loved to paint. Realizing there was absolutely no way my brother wouldn't go all big brother bear on all three guys...or was it four? I kept quiet.
"Fine, I'll just wait for mum and dad to ask you themselves," he walked out of the room.
Sighing out of frustration, I watched Collin leave to go downstairs and upon turning around, it was nearly seven o'clock.
Catching a glance of myself in the mirror, it knocked in my head that I should probably put a little more effort in, of all. I was trying to become a new me. I didn't need anything to torture me.
I ran downstairs, "I'm going to school!" I shouted as I swang my bag unto my back and made my way toward the front door.
"Aren't you going to eat!" My mother yelled out.
Relief hit me when she didn't call me to the kitchen. I knew that she wouldn't be able to stall me and ask questions. "Nah I'm just gonna-"
As my father rushed passed me, his briefcase in hand and a well-ironed black suit on his body, he looked great today. We locked eyes and he took his hand away from the doorknob, "What happened to you last night? You came home unconscious." Oh that idiot really lied to me.
Swallowing, my eyes dart between the door and his, "Uh I guess I just-"
"Bring home Hannah, I have some questions for her."
Without another glance back, he opened the door.
I thought Collin said they weren't at home. I swear I was going to get that guy back. And why was my dad going to work this late? He usually left at 6 in the morning.
I sighed, thinking of an excuse to give to my parents about yesterday.
