When we got home, I raced up to my room before Chris could say anything. I shut the door and flopped face first into my pillow. I rolled onto my back and grabbed my phone and ear-plugs. I shoved them into my ears and played a random song. It took my a few minutes to realize that it was not making me feel any better. I pulled the ear-plugs out and stared at the ceiling. I stareded at the glow-in-the-dark stars Chris and I stuck there years ago. The reason we stuck them there is because, I some times have a nightmare. I usually wake up crying. Then one day ae went camping under the stars and I had the nightmare. When I woke up and the stars started to calm me down. So ever since I've had stars stuck to my ceiling. I started to whisper twinkle twinkle little star and I closed my eyes. I dozed off at some point because when I opened them I saw Arianna standing in the doorway. She came over and sat down on the bed.
"Are you okay?" She asked me.
"Yeah, I'm fine" I answered
"You have mascara running down your face and you need to blow your nose" she said handing me a tissue.
