There they both sat in the lounge of "the cabin". While sitting there they had their hands, and paws, wrapped around mugs of hot chocolate. In the hot chocolate is sticks of peppermint.
Eddie's eyes brightened and his elf ears twitched every time he took a sip of hot chocolate. This made Rachel smile before looking outside at the falling snow and the snowman made earlier that day.
Though, while spacing out, Eddie had fallen asleep and leaned onto her. Rachel grabed the mug from his paws and set it on the table. She then pulled a blanket over him.
