The Last Peverell

Chapter Eight: Sirius Black

I was sitting on the train with Ghost in my lap. Harry soon came into the carriage with his friends Hermione and Ron, "hello." I said to them but they just ignored me making me sigh and just stroked Ghost's fur. In the middle of the train ride the glass started to ice over, "Dementors." They all look at me confused but when they entered the room they went for Harry. As soon as they started to 'kiss' him I grabbed my wand, "EXPECTO PATRONUM!" I cast and a light came out of my wand and took the shape of lion. 

The light shined threw the train getting rid of all the dementors, "what is happening in here?" A man came into the carriage, "UNCLE REMUS!" I jumped at the older man, "Y/N!" He hugged me back and when he let go he ran to Harry, "dementors kissed him." I told Remus and he nod putting Harry on the seat, "he is okay but Y/N how did you learn that patronus?" I looked down, "mum left me some of her magic books when she died." He sighed, "okay Y/N get some sleep." I listened and fell into a deep sleep, "call me when we arrive."

When I wake up I see Dinah with a plate of food, "Dinah?" MY voice is huskier then normal causing her to shiver. "Yeah you slept through dinner so I thought I would get you some," I rolled my eyes. "Dinah I know this isn't your idea so please just tell me why you hate me and don't pull the parent thing. Tell me why you hate me personally," Dinah opened her mouth then closed it again. "Because you got my dad arrested," I shook my head. "But I didn't Dumbledore did now why do you hate me?" She stayed silent, "I can't hate you." 

Dinah whispered so softly that I barely caught it. "Here's your dinner Y/N," Dinah gave me my dinner then ran out of our room. "One day I wish you would tell me that you had feelings for me," I ate my dinner and I heard scream come from outside in the common room. I ran out and saw everyone running out of the common room, "Sirius Black is in the castle!" Someone screamed, "Dad?" I walked into the hall were everyone is and I saw Dumbledore give me a nod, "is it true is my dad here?" He nod again and pointed to the great hall where I heard screams come from.

I ran in to see that Harry was fighting my dad, "DADDY!" I ran jumping into his arms, "Y?N!" My dad wrapped his arms around me and held me close. "I missed you so much daddy," I started to cry and a wand was placed on my back, "slowly get off your father and Sirius Black put your arms behind your back!" I know that voice but it's impossible Dinah said he was in Azkaban. I slowly turned and see Dinah's father, "dad?" He smiled, "hey baby daddy is busy." I whimpped my wand out and put it to Dinah's father's chest. 

"I am not letting you win this time Hansen," I growled at him. "Just like your mother Y/N brave and stupid," myfather growled. "Don't say anything about my mother!" I yell and I didn't see his wand come out. "EXPELLIARMUS!" My wand flew out of my hand and he smirked, "do it show them first hand what a real monster looks like." He growled and put his wand to my heart, "CRUCIO!" I collapsed screaming for a few minutes until someone yelled, "EXPELLIARMUS!" I then fainted from the amount of pain I was in.

When I woke up I saw Dinah curled up into a ball on the chair beside my hospital bed, "you know for someone whose father tried to kill you she is very-" I stopped Dumbledore. "She loves me. She may not want to admit it but she does. Anyway what happened to my dad?" His smiled dropped, "harry helped him escape along with Buckbeck." I nod and whispered, "thank you for telling me Dumbledore." He smiled and I feel asleep again.
