The Last Peverell

Chapter Twenty-Three: Final Battle

As soon as Lauren got the call from the order telling us to meet at the school we knew that this was going to be the final battle that we might not come out alive but we all had no choice we were a part of the order its our duty now. "Y/N what are we going to do with Ollie mi amor?" I sighed, "take him to your parents he will be safe in the muggle world until we come back." She nod and grabbed our 2 week old baby and flu powered to her parents' house, "Dinah, Camila, Ally, Normani get dressed we have to go fight at Hogwarts."

When we all got to Hogwarts the order meet us outside the corridor, "Y/N are you sure you are ready for this?" Lupin asked, "I have no choice if I don't do it you'll all die." He looked away, "I wish your father was here." A tear fell down my cheek, "I never want a child to have grown up like me with no family nothing but a house elf to look after her. Please Lupin don't let your son go threw that." He nod and we all charged in as Harry said Snape had a security problem.

Snape flew out the window after McGonagall kicked his ass with spells then after Voldemort spoke in our heads, "Harry!" I ran up to him as McGonagall turned to him, "have you got them have you destroyed all the horcruxes?" He shook his head, "no but there is one in the castile." I nod and ran to Lauren and the others, "Harry still hasn't destroyed all the Horcruxes yet, so we need to give him time all of the order we need to split up and help protect the school."

We all split up I was with Lupin, Tonks and Kingsley, "Y/N I thought you would be with Lauren?" I shook my head, "she had to go with Nevel and Shamus to help blow up the bridge." They nod and Kingsley looked at me, "aren't you Sirius' daughter?" I nod my head and he smiled, "you have your mother's eyes." I nod again, "yes that's not the only think I get from my mum." As I said that the barrier came down and I heard a explosion which would be the bridge.

"Peverell sanguinem protegas me!" I yelled and threw a spell at one of the death eaters that was behind Kingsley, "that's a new spell." He said then all four of us kept attacking death eaters. I saw one attacking Lupin and I tackled the guy off him and shot a wordless spell at him, "be careful Lupin." I saw one who had Tonks on the edge of the window thingy, "hey asshole that's my aunty you're messing with." Tonks looked at me surprised but I brushed it off and threw a spell at him turning him into ashes, "aunty?" I gave her a smile then kept fighting.

As Voldemort called back his men I turned to Tonks and Lupin, "Y/N you saved our lives." I smiled, "I don't want another child going parentless through out their life." He nod and held Tonks close, "I need to go find Lauren." As I got down stairs I saw Lauren had just laid a fallen student down on the ground, "LAUREN!" I ran up to her and wrapped my arms around her neck bring her into a kiss. Tears fell down my cheeks, "Lauren I love you more then you can possibly imagine."

She kissed me again, "Y/N one or both of us might die tonight and I don't want to die without you knowing how much I love you. So Y/N Black-Peverell will you do me the honour of becoming my bride." I smiled widely and whispered in her ear, "yes oh yes Lauren I will become your bride." She pulled a ring out of her pocket and pushed it onto my ring finger, "you don't know how happy this makes me." We smiled but as we saw everyone moving outside we followed, "who is that? Hagrid's carrying? Nevel who is it?"

Ginny kept asking but Voldemort answered all her questions in one statement, "Harry Potter is dead!" Ginny started to scream 'no' and I looked down at Harry in Hagrid's arms but his chest was moving up and down causing me to smirk, 'I swear that boy doesn't know how to die.' After Nevel's speech Harry rolled out of Hagrid's arm and ran away, "Peverell sanguinem protegas me!" I ran out and started to shot spells at Voldemort making him follow me, "come of Tom you scared of a little girl."
