Meeting My Heroes

Chapter 1

This is my first fanfiction, I did start one a long time ago but I lost interest in it after one chapter. That's because I didn't have time for it and because I wasn't interested in what I was writting and it wasn't fun for me. So this is my real 1st fanfiction, so if I make a mistake....sorry! Enjoy<3

Katy's POV:

"Hey Taylor did you see the amnesia video by 5sos yet?" I yelled over the music. I had my new apple laptop sitting in front of me on the kitchen counter. My best friend Taylor came over so we could hang out before school tommorow.

"Ehhh..DUHHHH!! Of course I did. Have you seen it yet?"

She said SCREAMING, over the blasting music. We were playing the Take Me Home album.

"No, not yet." I walked over to our stereo by the tv and turned it off. I walked back to my computer and clicked play for the amnesia music video. Taylor came running over to watch it with me. She grabbed a stool and sat next to me.

We watched the entire video and I smiled the entire time. My mouth hurts now.

"Sooo... Did you like it?" Asked Taylor

"It wasn't that bad" I joked

She lightly punched me in the arm and we both laughed.

"Man, I really wish we could meet them." I said

"Me too I just wish they would tour here.

"Yeah..."

We stayed silent for a while.

"Hey do you want some grapes?" I questioned

"Sure..I uh have to leave soon."

Oh okay. Is your mom picking you up, or do you need to be dropped off?"

"My moms picking me up."

"Okay, sounds good."

I opened the fridge door and grabbed the grapes. I set them on the counter for us both to eat.

"Thanks"

"No problem"

We sat and ate without one word for about 6 minutes.

I went over and turned the stereo back on and Live While Were Young by one direction was on.

I turned around so see a wild crazy Taylor dancing in the kitchen. I joined her and we just danced like the crazy fangirls we are.

Once the song stopped we just laughed forever.

A doorbell interrupted our laughter.

Taylor and I went up to the fort and there was her mom.

"Hi Mrs.Harold, thanks for letting Taylor come over."

"Absolutely, you guys have been best friends since kindergarten anything for you two." Said Taylor's mom

Taylor and I have been best friends since kindergarten and now were in our last year of high school. That's.... 13 years we have been friends. Wow...

"Well bye Katy I'll see you tomorrow, and I'll probably be here by 4:00 so we won't be late for our flight."

"Haha alright byeee"

I made a silly face.

They walked out the door and I sit it and walked back to my laptop.

I made sure our flights were set and that I have the time right. Taylor and I are flying to California, which me live in New York.

I closed my laptop and plugged it in to charge and I went to my room to go pack.
