NOVA SPUN AROUND in her seat with a grin on her face, staring immediately at the camera. She rested her elbows on her white vanity and sighed. "Hello friends," she said as she broke the glance and looked at the mirror in front of you. "Today is New Year's Eve and I'm getting ready to go to a party."
Nova messed with her hair a bit, adding volume. "No there won't be alcohol . . . I can already see the comments," Nova added, turning back to the camera. "It's Chosen Jacobs' party, a good friend of mine." She clapped her hands together as she's didn't know what to do with her hands.
The camera cut to her pulling her blonde hair into a ponytail using a scrunchie. "I'm not really good at makeup and my Mom said she could hire a makeup artist to do it for me, but . . ." Nova explained, trailing off. She pulled her hair a bit to create some messiness. "I hadn't made a video in a bit, so why not make one about me failing miserably at makeup?"
The camera cut to her rubbing her face with moisturizer, staring at the mirror in front of her. "I am nowhere close to a makeup guru. I'm absolute trash," November chuckled as she glanced over at the camera. She stuck two thumbs up awkwardly.
The camera cut to Nova dipping her brush into liquid foundation she put on the back of her hand. "I'm going with April, Auggie, and June," Nova explained as she looked at the camera for a split second. She started to bounce the brush onto her face, smearing the liquid all over. "May can't come because she's doing some stuff with theatre."
She continued to blend the tan product all over her face, making sure it covered and blended nicely. "I don't know if it's gonna be a big party, but I know the IT cast is coming, some people from the Stranger Things cast . . . I think?" Nova explained before sitting down her brush. "Some of his own family. Just people in general."
She clapped once again as the camera cut. "Okay, foundation is done. I need . . ." She started looking at the display of makeup she had. "Concealer," she finished as she grabbed the tube. "The party is in . . . fourteen hours." Nova started laughing, letting out a yawn. "It's right now eight in the morning and the party isn't till ten at night," she chuckled, letting out a sigh.
