Chou Tzuyu

I slung my bag over my shoulders and went through the huge glass doors, leading me to my new locker located on the 2nd floor.

206, 207, 208, ah, 209.

I was tapping my foot to the beat of the music when someone pulled my earphones off my ears. I was not annoyed nor surprised by the sudden interruption because I already knew who it was.

"Guess who got in the ballet class!" Mina exclaimed, with excitement filled in her voice, her eyes were twinkling with joy.

I gave her a sarcastic laugh and continued putting my things in the locker.

"And how many students are in the class?," I said with sarcasm dripping on my voice, "
"Four?, Five?"

"Seventeen." She replied, rolling her eyes at me. I looked at her in surprise. "Hey, don't look at me like that, there are still some people in here who are still interested in ballet stuff."

Mina opened her locker which was next to mine and threw something in there as well. "Do we have any classes together?"

"Advance Literature and the ridiculous extracurricular activity you signed me in. I have no patience with instruments, ok? I will give up easily." I complained at Mina.

"No, you will not give up easily, Chou Tzuyu." I frowned upon hearing my full name. "If you leave me I will tell everyone," she leaned over and whispered in my ear - "That you had some adventures this summer."

"You wouldn't dare...," I said, glaring at her. She gave me a wry smile and blew a kiss towards me then winked.

"Why don't go to your class and look for a cute guy to make out during the weekend? At least you will find something more entertaining to do rather piss me off." I said with annoyance.

"Hello, girls," Jinyoung said approaching us, ruffling my hair. "What's new?"

"Mina entered an elite club," I joked as I fixed my hair and adjusted the bag over my shoulder.

The Japanese girl punched me in the arm while Jinyoung laughed.

"It's not an elite club, and I have to say I want to get into a good college of performing arts, okay?" Jinyoung raised her hands in surrender while chuckling.

The bell rang, and we said goodbye to Jinyoung. Our first class was literature, while he has biology.

The room was on the top floor, the 4th floor. After exhausting ourselves in climbing the stairs, we reached our destination. The classroom tables were in doubles, Mina was always my double besides from Jihyo, but this time the teacher decided to change things up.

"For this quarter we will work with opposite emotions. So feel free to choose your partner but, it has to be the opposite gender." I gave a nod to Mina and looked around; everyone had a partner already. My eyes landed on the back, there was a lonely boy, well not alone considering girls are staring at him afraid of approaching him for some reasons. He drummed his fingers on the table. He's handsome, the white shirt he's wearing made him look hot.

I sat on the chair next to the boy, and he looked at me in surprise. I gave him a brief nod, and he gave me a cute eye smile.

"Now the pairs are formed, I'll announce our schedules for this quarter," continued by Professor Lee. "We'll write a book filled with poetry. In a total of 30 poems with various themes, and it should be about the person sitting beside you. So I suggest you create interest with that person, a dinner, a walk, anything that can inspire you to write something."
