Chapter two. "Pain In The Ass O'Brien"

The bell rang, warning that was our lunch time. First, I asked to the half school classmates where the cafeteria was, but I finished following a guy who was going there too. I promised myself to never forget the path to the cafeteria again.

When I finally arrived, I found my brother in the middle of the room, sitting in a table with people, he was laughing with two more guys. He did make friends...

—Hi, Zac —I said when I got nearer.

Zac turned on his own to look at me with a big smile.

—Hey, Bec, did you finally find your locker?

—Yes, It is at the end of the second floor. I will have had a beauty legs by the end of the school year...  —I complained myself, trying to be all friendly I could be in front of that two guys who were still looking at me.

One of the boys smiled.

—Zac, are not you going to present us? —the guy who didn't smile spoke this time.

—She is my sister Becca. Sister Becca, they are Cameron and Nash. —my brother said  while he pointing out each one.

—You have nice legs for that marathon. —spoke Cameron looking right into my eyes.  I swear I blushed, and I was going to answer that but my brother did it aerlier.

—Yeah, that's my sister, don't even dare you, Dallas —my brother sounded super defensive and over protective over that little comment. I frowned.

Cameron put his hands up like a kind of giving up sign, then he smiled at me with a winky face. I smiled back. I didn't know why but that guy made me feel really comfortable to be around with.

I sat down with them. They continued talking about random things, Cameron was trying to make me join the conversation all the time, specially when the party subject came out.

—I'm celebrating a party this weekend at my house, you guys should come over —Nash said. But as soon as my brother heard the "you guys" words, he turned his face into a disapproving face.

—You guys are not a good influence for my little sister —my brother put emphasize in the "little" word, he smiled at the same time trying to sound friendly.

—She'll be fine. —Cameron started this time, while he pick a chip and put it in his mouth—. You should protect her from the bitches in her class, not from us.

—What bitche...? —I tried to asked, but Zac didn't even let me finish my sentence.

—She won't go to that party, she's too young. —he continued eating his sandwich as a way of getting that conversation finished.

—I'll go —I said. And if I have to be honest, I was kinda nervous for my next big brother reaction. I didn't even look at my brother in the eye, I was just staring right at Cameron, trying to find in him some kind of support.

—Yeaaaaahh, baby! —Cameron painted a big smile on his face and his eyes sparkled. I found in him just what I needed, it seemed like he read my mind— That's what I wanted to hear, you little girl! —he put his hand in front of me in a "give me five" sign, I gave five, he contagious me his big smile.
