The Different Town

Luna's POV:

It was after school and I was walking home. When I was walking I could sense someone was behind me, and I turned a corner then looked backward. No one was behind me.... how weird.

When I got home I put my backpack down and searched for my mom. When I looked inside the living room I could see my mom drinking coffee and talking to a lady. They both look at me and the lady smiles at me, as soon as she does I all the sudden have a feel of calmness wash over me and I feel relaxed. What the heck is wrong with me?!?

"Hello Luna my name is Cherry," she said. Oh my lord her voice is like an angel it makes me feel .... safe? "I've come to ask your mother some questions and welcome our new wolves!" She said I felt like I belonged here, and I felt like I could trust here even though I just met her.

"Well I have a meeting I need to attend it was great meeting you, I will see you around." She said and grabbed her purse. Right before she passed by me to get to the door she stopped and whispered in my ear. "We need to talk later maybe tomorrow afternoon at the end of school at the moon cafe?" She asked me and I nodded.

As soon as I heard the door close I looked at my mom and raised my eyebrow at her in suspicion. "She's the Luna of this pack and was wondering what we're all about, I'm actually glad she came I needed to ask her some questions also." She said all defensive. "And I also know she has a son who's becoming the new alpha, whoOoO doesn't have a mAtE." She said all giddy, "I have no time for boys." I told her in a matter of fact even though I had a feeling It wasn't right.

The next day

"Goodbye, mom I'm going to school!" I yelled at her by the door. She walks out of the kitchen, "Do you have your homework? Lunch? Chromebook?" she asked "check, check and...check" I smiled proudly, I'm starting to get the normal mother and daughter vibes right now, Cause heaven knows my family ain't normal!

"Alright have a good day and also don't forget right after school the coffee shop no talking to any strangers and text me when you get out of school, " she kissed me on the forehead "Be good and safe get good grades!" she said and waved goodbye.

When I got to school there wasn't much going on and I was alright with that but in the middle of the day, I kept getting weird glances and it was getting nerve-wracking.

By the end of school, everyone was looking at me! Alright, what's going on! It is my birthday coming up in two days and my mom usually does surprises! Ohh maybe a birthday party.

I got a call from my mom and I answered it "hello?" I ask "Hey sweetie come straight home forget about the coffee date alright?" she told me nervous "alright are you ok?" I ask "Of course sweetheart just... Come home love you" she told me "alright mom love yo-" she hung up on me!!!

I got home and then got an off feeling. Walking inside an amazing scent of mint and the crisp scent of rain reached my nose and I followed it.

It was in my living room and as I was getting closer I heard the loudest growl in my life, it shook the walls and our china cabinet rattled making it all that scarier. When I walked into the living room I saw Bruce being pinned by the neck up on a wall by a very tall muscled man with long hair, and even though I could only see his back I could tell he was a very handsome man. Kim was here too and her and my mom were trying to get the mysterious man off Bruce.

I was very frustrated and somehow looking at this scene triggered something in me and I let out my own animalistic growl. And lemme tell you it was loud... As soon as I did it all eyes snapped to me and the hot man dropped Bruce. As soon as everyone looked at me I started to feel anxious but as soon as I saw his eyes all anxiety drifted away.

It was almost as if the whole world stopped, and my whole life flashed before my eyes. Every single hour minute second led up to this moment to see him, 'isn't he just beautiful' someone said in my head what the- I'm not imagining that am I? 'You aren't' something or someone said that I swear! 'Hello Luna I'm your wolf aphrodite and no you are not imaging this.' Aphrodite said. 'Ok I'll deal with u later' I have a lot going on right at this second and I don't want to talk to her? Or guy I don't judge 'I'm a female' she said, I could physically feel the eye roll she gave me. Ughhh alright, let's get back on track to this amazing man.

He kept staring at me, it was starting to get uncomfortable but in a way I liked it. He was at least six foot and very muscular, he had power raiding off of him. He had dark brown hair and glowing yellow eyes but they were slowly turning brown. He
Had what looked like tribe tattoos and I never really liked men with tattoos until now.

"Hi," I said to him waiting for him to do something. It was if he was the flash he grabbed me and instead of grabbing me and hugging me like a normal human being he grabbed me and went straight for my neck... get this he SNIFFED ME! Sweet baby Jesus can't even help me at this moment. The weirdest thing happened though where ever we touched skin to skin there were so many sparks, it was almost like little electricity bolts going through all my body and waking it up. He pulled away and looked at me lovingly almost like I was his most cherished thing on the planet with his now brown eyes.

"Hello, mate" WAIT WHAT?!?
