•••POSSIBLE SLIGHT EVOLUTION OF CLAIRE SPOILERS!! It doesn't say who/how it's a spoiler though•••

Claire's POV

Half an hour is 30 minutes, divide that by 3, and it makes 3 sets of 10. That's it, that's all I have left. I just have to get through 10 minutes 3 times, that's how long until it's time to go pick up Karen.

Oh my gosh how has it been this long I think. How has it been nearly 4 years? 3 years, 9 months and 5 weeks to be exact.

Before I know it the 30 minutes that felt like an eternity were up. Oh my gosh 30 minutes until she sees me, 30 minutes until I see my sister, 30 minutes until she finds out. Oh my gosh 30 minutes until my sister finds out she's an aunt, well finds out she's been one before, if you're being technical. I think on the way out of the office, while passing Zara.

Karen's POV

"Hello Ladies and Gentlemen, it is approximately 12:46pm here in Costa Rica. The aircraft will begin its decent down in 10 minutes, so please fasten your seatbelts, put up trays and lock any overhead bins that may be open."

"Finally!" Karen thinks to self as she lets out a sigh while her head falls back against the seat.

Getting off the plane and the drive to the port takes 45 minutes, give or take, it ended up being much better than the excruciating plane ride with the screaming baby, which was a red head with Claire's nose, that made Karen smile. She can't wait to hug her sister.

"Boys come on, it's time to board." She says to her two sons, Zach, who was ignoring her because he was focused on his phone, and Grey, who was by her side in seconds.

The ferry ride is 4 hours long, which causes it to probably not reach Isla Nublar until 6:30ish.

Ugh! Another long trip stuck in one place? Karen thought to herself.

She bunches up in the corner of a booth with cushioned seats and starts to drift off to sleep when she hears this..

"Mom, Mom, Mom."

"What Gray!"

"Can I go outside to the deck?"

"Fine, but Zach has to go with you."

Zach rolls his eyes in protest, but there's no reason to complain, because his mom will just get either mad or make him go anyways.

Gray immediately runs to the edge where you can feel the mist hit your face, his favorite part of the ferry rides to Isla Nublar.

Meanwhile, Zach just leans on the railing beside him with headphones on.

Karen stays inside because boat rides aren't particularly her thing, they always make her a little nauseous and going outside definitely wouldn't help that. So, she stays inside sipping on ginger ale, White Rock to be specific, that has always her favorite kind.
