Chapter 3

Angels POV:

Me and Quinn parted ways as we went home and I was glad to think that I might have actrully got a friend finally after so long of wanting one I finally might have one. My eyes widened as I saw the door already open to my house. I speed walked to the dot and pushed it open a bit more as I walked in I saw my dad laying on the floor blood coming out of his ear, mouth and nose. I quickly grabbed my phone and dialled 911

A~ angel, P~ Ambulance

P: hello what is your emergency?

A~ my dad he's bleeding through his ear, mouth and nose I don't know what to do!!

P~ calm down we will try and get there as soon as possible, where do u live??

A~ 10 black way

P~ okay I'll send people down

A~ thank u bye

I waited 5 minutes and there was a knock on the door, I ran to the door and opened it, there was an ambulance there with a stretcher. I moved to the side and let them deal with Chris I knew he wouldn't make it and I know that one of the ambulance people saw my bruised shoulder. I tugged my bring me the horizon jacket up over my shoulder again so they won't see the continuos line of bruises down my arm and my shoulder. They tried to find his pulse but they didn't. The man how had tried to feel Chris pulse look at me with sorrow in his eyes I choked back tear fearing if I cried my makeup will wash away and they will see my bruised cheeks.

A~ angel, M~ man

M~ I'm sorry madam he's gone

A~ W-what??

M~ what was his relation to you??

A~ he was my father.

The man nodded then the other man who saw my bruised shoulder lent down to the person I was just talking to and his eyes widened and he looked at me and said

M~ did your father ever hurt you in any way??

A~ N-n-no W-why would you say that??

M~ only because this looks like suiside and the note I found in his hand, do you wanna read it??

My eyes widened.

A~. Yes please

The man handed me the note and it said,

to angel I'm sorry I was alway hurting you. I was a terrible Dad. I'm so so so sorry Hun I never meant for it to go this far I never wanted to starve you to the point where you, yourself do it without realising and I hate that I always beat you I could never put it in words at how much I am sorry. And I know that why I did those stuff wasn't a real reason it was all a lie your mom never walked out because of you she walked out because of she was pregnant and I didn't want another child I'm so sorry. You will never see me again and I'm glad because I don't want to hurt you anymore. I only ever did this to you because your special you have something that people what to kill you for. Find my other letter and that one will explain it all, I promise you that if you ever want any help just call the number on the bottom and you'll have all the help you need.

I read it and I started to cry I didn't want him gone ! I'm gonna miss him so much! I had so many thoughts and questions.

I looked up to see the man who gave me the letter a look and I cringed.

M- do you have any other relatives you can stay with?

A- umm.....

I was interrupted by a lady in her mid 40's and a 2 little children one looked like she was 11 and the other looked about 3, 4.

The lady said

L- lady.

L- hi I'm angels mother and this is her 2 little sisters, we will be looking after her.

A- what?

I ran upstairs and grabbed my photo of me and my mom when I was little before she moved out. I ran back downstairs and held the picture up and compare the two people. I gasped when the woman in the picture looked like the woman in front of me. I had New tears running down my face and I ran to my mom and gave her a huge hug.
