Chapter 12

Pocahontas's POV

I walked to the bulletin board with my bffs Kida and Meg. It was a regular after school Monday to many but to me it was the day the results for the play were going to be announced.

"I really wish you get the part Poca." Meg said. "Me too, I just pray that I was good enough to earn the role of Jo March" I sighed. "You will always be good Poca! Even if you didn't get the role, it means there a better opportunities out there." Kida reassured me.

Then we arrived outside of Principal Mickey's office where the bulletin was located. Regular signs were posted like schedules of sport team practices, hiring in the mailroom, and more stuff. Then right in the middle was the pastel blue list, shining with glory. Yep, it was the list where the announcement of the roles for the play. I read it with such anticipation that Kida and Meg were holding their breaths.

Meeting on Friday for Art and Tech Committee members helping in the play .

As soon as I read my name I went completly ballistic! So did Kida and Meg. We went for a celebration group hug. "Yieeeee! I am so proud of you!" yelled Kida. "I knew you would get the part!" said Meg throwing a fist bump in the air. "Come on, lets go to to Sugar Rush to celebrate! My treat!" I told them. "Uh uh, my treat! You're the special gal Poc! Then we can go to my room to study or watch a movie or something" replied Meg. I sighed and just went along. I was super happy except for Lottie getting into the play. That girl is such a diva! But atleast I can worry about that some other time. Right now I'm gonna celebrate!

Vanessa's POV

Ugh! This play was gonna be my big break! The famous Donna Karan who was a graduate in this prep school was gonna be watching the play! (Author's note: Donna Karan didn't actually graduate there😅) And why did Ariel get the part! Out of all the auditioners! She evens get to marry Eric in the play! Eric was suppose to be mine! I hate plays!! You're probably thinking I'm gonna drown my sorrows in a smoothie. But no! I'm gonna plan my revenge on that wretched little red girl! Just watch out Ariel! Mama is out to get you!

Tiana's POV

"OMG! Ariel we got in the play! We gonna rock this play girl!" I told Ariel and the gang in Starbucks. "Where did you see the results Tia?" Cindy asked. "In the online bulletin" I replied. "Oooohh, Tia's getting used to the internet." teased Aurora. I playfully frowned. "Rory, stop teasing Tia! It's Tia and Ariel's day today! And a little bird told me a certain Prince Eric and Prince Naveen are going to be in the play" Rapunzel tells us. Ariel blushed while I frowned. "Lemme clear all this nonsense, Ariel likes Eric but I don't like Naveen. I mean we used to date but that was a long time ago. He likes Lottie now. They gonna get a lot time now to talk and stuff since Lottie is in the play too." I sighed and I drifted my sight to the window.

They all told me that there are other guys out there and I should forget the jerk Naveen. I smiled and we continued to chat.
