«¦—Jaemin's POV—¦»
P.M. 4:30. Monday, School Gates

No words were exchanged as I took Jeno's hand, leading him out of the gate and away from the crowd.

"Jae, where are we going?" He asked as we entered Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf.

We sat down at a table, I sighed deeply and knocked my head on the table.

"What's wrong?" I felt him card his fingers through my hair.

"Been feeling tired lately," I sighed deeply, "My father went home last night, drunk as a skunk. He and my mother fought and I couldn't sleep due to their shouting."

In response, he massaged my scalp, soothing me.

"Father ran out to his own apartment, but their shouts still haunts me." I choked back a sob, breathing in and out.

He stood up from his seat and helped me up, leading me out of the café and towards my house.

<;--;>

We stopped infront of my house and he let go of me.

"Bye Nana, see you tomorrow!" He, once again, kissed my forehead and waved, running across the road.

I smiled, touching the place where he kissed it, and went inside.
