Hellraiser: Rapture.

Rapture:part 8 A promise severed.

Meanwhile in the south of France the sisters had packed a picnic hamper full of food,purchased from a local super market,they then headed out in to the countryside,with the aide of a map. 

'Oh god,this thing is too heavy!! can't go on,how much further is it?'Whinged Natasha as she lugged 50% of the hamper with Sarah up a hill,Sarah looking about the field replied reassuring her,'Oh not far now,look there's a nice spot lets set it up under that tree.'As they walked they were a contrast to each other,Sarah in a long flowing summer dress that caught the sunlight tracing a shapely figure through the thin material,Natasha's on the other hand her body clad in dark blue denim,her jacket peppered with little spherical seeds which stick to everything. 

Soon they reached the tree,it provided a cool shade over the long green grass,they both placed the hamper down with a hefty thud,'Oooh my arms are killing me,we must have walked five miles!' Natasha gasped as she collapsed into a heap into the long grass. 

Sarah looked about the field,'It was quite a hike but we made it,just look at the view,oh it's lovely",she exclaimed clapping her hands together in rapture,smiling. 

She looked to Natasha but she lay hidden in the long grass,not listening saying,'That cloud looks like a face ',Sarah asked with a frown,What?never mind that,i've got a thirst on,oh what did we bring?' 

She undid the leather straps delving into the hidden goodies,Natasha still hidden somewhere called out,'hand me an orange squash i'm proper gagging here!'Sarah rummaged about pulling out a carton as she threw it blind hitting her on the leg,'0y that'was a rubbish throw!','Shush,Nat,i can hear something, it's like a far off rumbling sound,like thunder.'

As Natasha punctured the outer plastic membrane with her straw,asked'What that low kinda sort of,airoplane kinda thing?'Sarah opening a bottle of pop replied,'yes,it reminded me of when me and Jamie were last together,we were in the park,there was an approaching thunder storm,oh Nat i really miss him.'

a sting of emotion in her voice made Nat look across to her big sis,she got up cuddling her,'Its ok, I'm here,i wish he was here too,i really liked him,he was so good to me,i miss him too.' 

Sarah wiped back her tears held her sister for a moment, 'Oh look at me ruining our happy holiday,i'm sorry,'Nat held her tighter ,'No it's alright,you just lost your boyfriend,you're allowed to cry and tell your feelings to you sister,i'm here for you as well as you being here for me.

I don't understand it,what he did what that place was,where he went,it's so horrible i can't deal with it,i wish it would nver have happened.' 

Sarah let go as Natasha held her for those minutes while she wept,whispering,'i'll never leave you,i promise.'closing her eyes trying not to cry.

Back in England one of Sarah's old school friends Nick who was of similar age had always had a crush on her since he was thirteen,they were good friends but she had become involved with Jamie,over two years she had seemed quite happy,but a few days ago he received a phone call,the strange conversation he had with her,Jamie had gone missing she had dream about him,she was upset,he then pulled a long stray lock of black hair from his face, his full lips were shut tight, his blue eyes were seeing the past, the times when they were closer,the times when they would fool around,have lots of fun hangin'.That was before Jamie came along, he then stood up, his boyish frame tensed up,he arched his back in a stretching movement, his arms stretched out upwards, 'Ahh oh that's good!'he exhaled in a moment of satisfaction. 

He then wandered over to his bedside phone, he thought,i could call her up,i didn't receive any more calls from her,i wonder if he had turned up? 'He dialed the number, it rang, he waited, he felt a little nervous, as the tone rang in the ear piece of the handset, he was wondering if this was such a good idea, then he hung up, thinking, ' Stoopid, i 'm just a fool, of course Jamie is back, why would she phone me back,i haven't seen her for two months anyway.
