Ja'Quan pov
After I called Daisy, I tried to remember why we stopped talking.
(Flash back)
Me- Daisy, why are you running from me?
Daisy- Look babe- I mean Ja'Quan, I just need some time alone.
Me- Well you're walking in the rain with a simple tshirt on. Take my jacket at least?
Daisy- No!
Me- Just tell me.
Daisy- Ja'Quan I love you.
She whispers.
Me- Daisy, I love you too
Daisy- Then why are you with Sofia?!
Me- ......
Daisy- Exactly. No answer. You know that you belong with me. You and Sofia don't have nothing in common but me and you are connected. You know damn well that I'm supposed to be the girl you call every night and talk endless hours with, that you say I love you too, and every time I see you it takes all the strength in my body not to attack you and hug and kiss you. That's why I'm moving. I'm not telling you where, but I'll give you my new number. By the time you text or call me, you'll realize I'm the girl you should've chose. Good bye Ja'Quan. I will always love you even after this, but I will not wait for you.
With that said, she walked off. I couldn't believe. I just stood there, then all of a sudden I grabbed her and hugged her. I kissed her forehead for like 10 minutes. I wasn't gonna let her go this easy. I took her to my house, nobody was home. Good. I went into my room and got her some clothes and a towel.
Me- Go take a shower
Daisy- No I'm just gonna go home.
Me- No! You're staying here. Now go take a shower.
She got up without an argument and took a shower. I went to my moms room and took a shower. I got out before her and I set everything up. I got more snacks than two people can consume. I got our favorite movies. I got red bull so we can be up all night. Just like old times. I was distracted by my phone ringing, it was Sofia. I ignored it. This night was mainly about Daisy. She came out the shower and I told her to join me.
Daisy- What're we watching?
Me- Anything that we see first.
We both knocked over the stack of DVDs and mixed them up. They were in their cases so the don't get scratched. We closed our eyes.
Me- On the count of 7. 1... 2...7.
We opened our eyes and we picked up the first movie we saw.
Daisy- Yes THE NOTEBOOK!!! LETS WATCH ITTTTTTTTTT PLEASEEE???
Ja'Quan- Who the hell bought that movie? But fine. Anything for my Daisy.
She started blushing.
Daisy- Please don't flirt with me
Me- You know what??
I leaned in and kissed her. It was sweet and very delicate. She immediately kissed back.
Me- Now I don't have to flirt since I got that out of my system.
She didn't say nothing else. About halfway through the movie their was a knock on the door. I lifted Daisy off of me and got up.
Me- Who is it?
Person- Sofia.
I opened the door?
Me- What're you doing here?
Sofia- What is she doing here?!
Me- Daisy is always welcome here. Now what're you doing here?
Sofia- Your girlfriend isn't even welcomed here?
Me- No, you have to be approved by my family first. You haven't even gotten approved yet. So until then, hasta luego.
Sofia- Bye.
I closed the door. Daisy had a huge grin on her face. I just sat next to her and wrapped my arm around her. After that, we took a lot of pictures like couples. I put two pictures as my home screen and lock screen.
One where she was kissing my cheek and the other where we just looked at each other's eyes. I really loved those photos. After that we couldn't bear anymore snacks. We decided to drink only one red bull. We are not trying to have heart attacks. We decided it was time to go to sleep so
