"DON'T YOU SAY THAT!" You scream at him.
Your friends were taken aback as they almost never see you scream from anger. Normally, you would vent but not yell, not once.
"Do you have any idea how we would feel? Stop being selfish Jaehyun." You lower the volume of your voice, but the sternness remains. "Words have power Jung Jaehyun. Don't say what you don't mean." You say while getting up from your seat.
You turned around and gave your back to them while standing in front of your bedroom hallway. Jaehyun looked at you, regretting what he said before. He didn't mean it. He thought he did, but in reality, he doesn't.
"I'll see you on Monday." You murmur, loud enough for them yo hear. You turn your head and look at him, he could see your glossy eyes because of the tears on the edges of your beautiful hazel eyes.
You turned around and walked to your bedroom, closing the door shut with a soft click.
Joe and Iris had no idea what to do. They were in shock from what just happened between you two.
"Jaehyun..." Joe breathes out.
He glances at Iris as she does the same. She mouths something at him and he nods.
"Jae, come with me." Joe stretches out his hand and his friend grabs it, pulling himself up. "Stay at my place with me."
His friend nods as they head out, both of them getting into Jaehyun's car since Joe ran all the way to your house. He is on the track team after all.
They drive off and Iris sighed while looking at them out the window.
She looks back to your room and walks in, shutting the door behind her.
"(Y/N)...?" She whispers out while going to look at you on your bed.
She saw dried up tear stains on your face and you were under the blanket as it covered almost all of you.
Oh no. Their friendship is fucked up right now.
Iris and Joe found it hard to sleep after that. You and Jaehyun were tired and exhausted that you guys fell asleep quickly. The sleep was an escape from your reality.
Iris grabbed he phone after a while of staring at the ceiling and texted Joe.
