No POV
Emmy, Lukas, and Milo are still asleep in the small park early in the morning. Emmy soon starts to wake up to the sound of whispers.
"How did they get here?" Voice one says.
"I don't know, maybe they're teen parents who got kicked out?" Voice two answers.
"They look so young." Another voice adds.
Without any sudden movement, Emmy wakes up Lukas.
"Lukas, there are people looking into our tent, what do we do?"
"Slowly wake up," He says.
Emmy moves around a little bit to show signs of waking up.
"She's waking up!" Voice two whispers loudly. "Move!"
Emmy hears the tent flap close and she and Lukas sit up. Emmy feels Milo's forehead. Fever.
"Lukas, we need to get Milo to a doctor," Emmy says while giving Milo the last of his formula.
"We'll look around town once he's done with his bottle," Lukas says.
Milo finishes up the last few drops of his milk and I start to get out of the tent. I immediately notice three girls sitting on a bench a few feet away from our tent staring at me.
"Can I help you?" Emmy says to them.
"We were going to ask you the same question," Says a short girl about my age. She has long black hair which has its tips dyed blue, and her eyes are a beautiful hazel color.
"Well, where is the nearest doctor? Milo, here, has a fever." Emmy says gesturing to Milo.
"There is a doctor's office on Main Street," Another girl says. She was a little taller than the other girls with silver hair and hazel eyes.
"We can walk with you there," The third girl says. She's short than the first girl. She has gorgeous red hair and grey eyes.
"Ok, thanks. I want to get Lukas though," Emmy says heading towards the tent.
"Lukas! I met some girls that can take us to a doctor." Emmy calls into the tent.
"Coming!" Lukas says back.
Ok I guess I'm gonna end this here cause idk where else to stop it so...
