Tropical:
Tropical mermaids also sometimes known as Coral Reef mermaid usually found in coral reefs. These mermaids are the friendliest and they have the most bubbly personality. These mermaids always stay in one area because they don't have to travel a lot. The Tropical mermaids also have smaller flukes( fins on their sides and back) because they are not used to traveling.
These mermaids live in tropical regions. They prefer warm water temperatures, Tropical mermaids are found in tropical environments around the world, in freshwater, and in saltwater thought they live more often in salt.
Tropical mermaids resemble many tropical fish because of their bright and colorful colors. The reason they are brightly colored is that they require camouflage in their particular habitat.
They use their colors and flashy tails to blend in with all the bright aquatic plants and are generally coral colors. They have more decorative tails than all the other mermaids. The tail colors insist of: bright purple, coral pinks, lime greens, sunny yellows, and any other bright and neon color.
Tropical mermaids can be vegetarians, carnivores, or omnivores. Most coral reef mermaids are vegetarians or sometimes omnivores.
