Family day at the gym

Katie's POV: This morning my mom told me that we're going to the gym with the family! YEA! So I got up and got on some gym shorts and a loose fitting shirt grabbed my phone and went downstairs and my mom put up my hair in a ponytail. I went into the kitchen and grabbed some cereal and sat at the bar in the kitchen and started eating. When I was done I put my bowl in the sink and went upstairs and brushed my teeth, flossed and then put in my bands for my braces. Then went downstairs again and asked my mom when are we leaving? In about 20 minutes. Also could you feed Daxton she said. So I got out the food and fed him. My dad came down vlogging of course. Good morning Katie are you excited for the gym? Of course! I said. So about 20 minutes passed and we all went into the car and drove to the gym.

*at the gym*

Colette's POV: I'm really nervous about Katie being at the gym because she hasn't done gymnastics in about a year. I really hope she knows what she's doing.

Katie's POV: I really want to try my round off back layout but I don't think my mom wants me too. I know I can do it! I ask Carlie if she thinks I can do it and she said yes but stretch and practice your round off bhs first. So I did it and it was perfect I really think I can do it!!! So i started at the edge and ran as fast as I could and when I did the back layout I think I landed wrong and I heard a little rip but i didn't hurt but the good thing is I landed perfectly. So I did it again and I fell and heard a rip and a crack and I was in agonising pain. My mom ran to me and everything went black.

Colette's POV: I was vlogging Avia doing one of her tricks then I heard a loud scream that sounded like Katie's so I turned around and there's Katie on the floor crying so I ran to her and shay picked her up and we brought her to the hospital. When we got there they took her into a room and we waited until they were done. That took about 2 hours.

Shays POV: we have now been waiting 2 hours in the waiting room i said to the camera. Then I panned it over all of the kids playing with some toys they had in the room and panned it over to the adults who were just waiting and talking. I really hope Katie is ok.

Colette's POV: The doctor came out and said Shay and Colette? We shot up and walked over to him. He said that Katie tore her ACL and shattered some bones in her thy. And he said that she will be in crutches for about a month then we will go from there also she will be in much pain for about 2 weeks. So he brought all of us into the room so we can take her home.

Katie's POV: I woke up and saw my whole family gathered around me and my mom said that I could go home now. So I lifted my leg and I was in terrible pain. And I asked my mom what happened. You tore your ACL and shattered some bones in your thy she said. OMG! Really?? I said. Yes really my mom said laughing. The doctor came in and put a black cast that you can take on and off on me and mom put me in a wheel chair and helped me in the car and we drove home.

*at home*

Katie's POV: When we got home I was in so much pain that when I even move a muscle i start tearing up. Ugh. My dad lifted me up and put me on the couch and everyone sat in seats next to me to keep me compony. We talked until dinner was ready I got my crouches and when I moved my good leg my other leg was throbbing with pain so my dad helped me in my wheel chair and they saved a seat for me without a chair lol. Avia said grace then we started eating. We talked about different things like about YouTube summer and my leg. When we were done we all got into our PJS it was really hard to put mine on and I took a lot of crying but I did it!

Carlies POV: I went to the pharmacy and got Katie's pain meds and put 2 on the table with a glass of water. I went upstairs and helped Katie downstairs and called everyone downstairs so we could watch a movie.

Katie's POV: Tonight we are going to watch a movie in the living room. I sat down very carefully on the floor next to Emmi and my mom. I rested my head on my moms shoulder and I fell asleep towards the end because it was a big day for me. My dad picked me up and brought me upstairs and I fell asleep very painfully.
