Do I need a reason to message you?
also it's about the project, when will we do it

Ugh who does this boy think he is messaging me at 3am?! I was awake but I was busy watching Meteor Garden! He wants to know when were doing the project and I dunno when.

Me:
Uh probably tomorrow or Wednesday
if you ain't busy

Felix🇦🇺:
alright I'll come over tomorrow at like 1pm
until then don't even think about messaging me

Me:
alright

Nice. The most popular boy in the schools coming over tomorrow, I should probably get some sleep so I wake up in time.

The Next day

Ugh waking up early is not fun. Your probably thinking it's not bad, your waking up at 10am, it is. I didn't end up sleeping and j stayed up till like 7am. Anyways time to get ready.

After a quick shower I changed into some sweat pants and an oversized jersey. I put my hair into a messy bun and checked the time. Ah, right on time. It was exactly 12pm. I waited about 5 minutes before my phone buzzed.

Felix🇦🇺:
I'll be there soon, just running late

Me: okay, be quick
seen at 12:07pm

About 10 minutes after he messaged there was a knock at the door.  I stood up and opened the door, seeing Felix standing there looking disheveled. "You good?" I asked him as i raised and eyebrow at his appearance. He was usually really tidy. "Its the holidays,  I don't need to impress anyone" He shrugged as if he read my mind. "Fair enough"
After getting some drinks and snacks we settled down on my bed with the books out in front of us, ready to start the project. "where shall we start, Lix?" I asked, accidentally shortening his name like I did with my little cousin. "Probably at the designing for the PowerPoint" He paused staring at me as if contemplating asking about the name. "alright then, sounds like a plan" I agreed, opening up my laptop and opening the app. "also, sorry for calling you Lix, I sometimes call my cousin it and I didn't realise I called you it" I explained quickly. He nodded and stayed quiet. I would ask him for some help sometimes nearly calling him Lix. Surprisingly choosing the design didn't take as long as I thought it would. "About the name" He paused when I tensed up. "You can call me it if you feel like it, but only when were working together" I knew there was a catch but it was fine. "okay, Lix" I murmured and continued working.

I suddenly looked at the time, it was 4:35pm. "Jeez Lix, we've been working for 5 and a half hours" I stretched and looked back when he didn't answer. He was asleep, I thought about waking him up but I didn't. He had looked really tired earlier. So I left him to sleep and put away our work so it wouldn't get lost or broken. After I did that I looked at the time again. 5:00pm. I placed a blanket over him and wandered downstairs to make some dinner. I've lived alone for 2 years now so I can cook.

About an hour later I was just finishing up with the cooking and putting the food on the plates when Felix came down the stairs. "How long have I been sleeping?" He asked as he leant against the bench. "About 3 hours, but it could be longer because I saw you were asleep at 4:30pm" I looked up noticing his small smile. "Thanks for letting sleep" He stretched and yawned. I laughed slightly and gestured for him to sit at the table. "Sit down, I made you some food too" I told him as i places one of the plates on the table and he did as I told him too.

"Hey, Y/n" Felix called out and i looked up at him. "Thank you for today" He thanked me and I was surprised. "No need to thank me, I'm just being nice " I muttered as he chuckled. We sat in a comfortable silence for about 20 more minutes then he cleared his throat. "I have to go now, it's getting late, but take care of yourself " He stood up and I showed him to the door. "You take care of yourself too, get some sleep, okay!" I called out as he got into his car. He smiled and waved as he drove away.

What a good day that was.
