it's always hard to find your soulmate, does a soulmate even exist? or is love just about sucking it up and finding the best person you can find? well what if that was different? what if you could find your soulmate just like that, but with work needing to be put into it. sounds great? well, it could be great, but every great has to come with a down, and this is a doozy down.
you know that moment where you randomly get so much energy to do the laundry or make your bed or clean the whole house? well that's how Cyrus felt today, although it wasn't by random chance, but because tomorrow was the day he'd get the glow. in case you don't know what the glow is (wouldn't be surprised, every one of you got your memory taken away), the glow is something that happens to every 14 year old on their birthday where they become 15. It gives the necklace that everyone wears the ability to glow, increasing in brightness the closer to your soulmate you are. That's pretty much it, there are some rules to the necklace's but it's not too much. anyways, everyone was getting ready to celebrate Cyrus's birthday, everyone being his family. it's a pretty big family. A mom, A dad, 2 brothers, and 4 sisters. their names aren't really necessary, anyways Cyrus at this point already knows about the necklaces purpose, and he's just thinking of all the cute boys he's seen in school thinking "is he the one?" non stop, he's been waiting for this day, for so long, it was finally time! oh, and if you were wondering, at least 1 person needs to reach the age of 15 and then both people's necklaces will start the process, it's complicated I know, but hey i didn't create this! actually nobody knows, the creator of the necklace's died and didn't leave us any clues, we don't even know if it was a human that created this.
