You fell asleep, shortly after your breakdown, your body too exhausted from your daily maneuvers and mentality breaking.
Jungkook came in when morning reached its peak, sending a quick, three knocks against your room door, before turning the knob and entering, to find you on your windowsill, looking out towards what lies ahead, the scenery that was so beautiful, perceived as an oasis to many.
"Hey, are you hungry?"
Jungkook asked in a low tone, knowing that your hangovers caused you massive headaches, to the point where you'd get pissed off if anyone was speaking above a murmur.
Your focus was taken off the window, and tasked to train on him, where all you could do was just look at him, his doe, clear eyes, that lost their shine so long ago, and it was because of you.
But even now, knowing that you are the cause of his sorrow, his demise, you couldn't bring yourself to fix him, because you'd just break him all over again, worse then before, because you wouldn't be holding his hand, you'd be in the ground, lifeless, and he'd be alone, much more alone then he is now.
If only he could just take the hint by now, after everything you're doing to him, but he keeps looking at you sometimes, hope gleaming in his eyes, when he thinks you'll finally just relax in his embrace of love.
And you admit, sometimes you let down your guard, you let your actions of why you're trying to distance yourself, float away into nothingness, while you enjoy him.
Your eyes started to tear, and you tore them away from his gaze, looking back to the window, being your arm up to cover your cough, blood droplets painting your skins surface, which you had to quickly hide from Jungkook's line of vision.
"Yeah, yeah. I'll be down in a few, just go."
Your voice came out harsher then you would've liked it to be, and you could hear the effect of it, in his change of footfalls.
He just broke, a little more.
