A crime lord takes care of a small town. Protects people who are harassed, small business who are robbed, helps walk the old people across the streets, etc. No one knows that the nice shop keeper is a crime lord, all they know is that they are the nicest person in town and seems to know a lot of people. What happens when a new crime lord moves in town and unknowingly tries to hire the other crime lord.
