I went in the guest room alone because Jen had an emergency and had to go home. I opened my eyes to the ceiling fan spining, thinking about today, is it weird that this is actually exciting me?

I heard a knock on the door. "Come in", I said.

Then came in Randy. O.o "Hi", he said standing next to the door.

I sat up on my bed and said, "hey."

"Umm I just wanted to see if you were sleeping good I had a feeling that you weren't."

"I've just been thinking thats all." I said laying back down with my head on the soft pillow and gesturing him to come sit on the chair to sit next to me.

"Yeah just try not to too much, it will get to your head."

"Hey can I ask you a question?"

"Sure go ahead."

"Would it be weird if I'm actually more excited than scared?"

"No, not really only if you have already been into supernatural things."

"Yeah, your right." I said.

He got up. "If you need anything just call okay." He said looking down at me with his gorgeous blue eyes.

I looked away after a minutes of silence so he coudn't think of me as a weirdo. "Yeah no problem."

He was half way out the door when he said, "oh thank you about the compliement by the way, you can read minds also." The door shut.

OH SHIT DID HE REALLY READ MY MIND WHIE I WAS CHECKING HIM OUT! GREAT!! -_-

I woke up the next morning i looked at the alarm clock which read 8:30 a.m., I wasn't able to go to school today because I know i can't control my anger or my powers, so i was told. I got up, brushed my teeth, showered, and wore some of the clothes Jen picked up from my house before she came to Mani's place. After putting on my clothes i put my long black hair in a messy bun and went into the t.v. room and clicked through the channels nothing was really on so i just went on ON DEMAND to watch Bad Girls Club Chicago.

"Wow." I heard a voice say from behind. "These girls are something." Randy said sitting on the love seat on the other side of the room.

"Yeah my favorite one is Jada because she doesn't take crap from anyone, the only thing is that she is great friends with one of the fakest people on there 'Slim'. Slim talks shit about her whenever she isn't around." I said shaking my head.

"That's cold, but I mean come on you cant put a whole bunch of girls in one house and think there will not be fake people, fights, arguments, and drama. " He said with a smirk.

"Yeah umm why aren't you in school?" I asked totally changing the conversation.

"Mani had to go to school, aunt and uncle went off to work, I didn't want to leave you here alone so i just stayed to keep you company." He said looking away from me.

Why isn't he looking at me i just realized that he never glanced at me not even once even while we watched episodes. I watched him while he was watching the show, he was so fine and the way he was just sitting there was priceless, in a tank top showing off his big strong muscles. Damn i want to be in his arms he just looked so warming.

"Hey since we are here now would you mind how to teach me how to read minds?" I asked after 20 minutes went by.

" Okay sure, come over here." He said getting on his knees by the small table.

I went over to him. "Clear your thoughts and concentrate only on me." He said. I heard nothing. "you okay?"

"yeah i'm fine." I said. "wait you didnt speak with your mouth! Omg i heard you!"

"That's good your a pro. Now lets try to build up a brick wall so no one can read into your mind unless you let them. Okay. Close your eyes and imagine you building a very tall brick wall around your thoughts."

i nodded. "I'm done."

"Think something let me see if i could read your mind." seconds past. "I honestly think you are a pro." He said while looking into my eyes.

"Thank you." i replied turning my head to the side because he was about to make me blush.

"Hey would you like to go for a walk or a swim in the pool?" He asked.

"Sure but i don't think I have my bikini with me, wait knowing Jen im pretty sure it's in ther somewhere. I'll meet you in there." I said walking upstairs.
