"achoo!"
you sneezed for the fifth time in a row. it was raining cats and dogs yesterday and you just happened to forget to bring your umbrella when you went grocery shopping. your boyfriend was still practicing for his upcoming shows and performances and concerts, so you couldn't ask him for help. your best friend's phone happened to die out as well. then, apparently, you had to run back home in the pouring rain, which luckily was not a long trip, but long enough to make you stay in bed for the next week. and to make you feel worse, it's winter.
picking up the thermometer, you put it in your ear and checked your temperature. it read 38.5C. you snuggled up into your warm blanket and slept for the rest of the day.

"y/n? i'm back!" jimin removed his shoes and hung his coat on the coat hanger. not seeing you rushing to the front door to give him a hug was rare. "y/n?" he asked again, but no one replied.
he found you in the bedroom, burying yourself with a mountain of blankets, sound asleep. "yah, i know you're awake, don't try to fool me." jimin said jokingly, then poked the huge ball of blankets. "hm..." you opened your eyes, finally sensing his present, and tried to speak, but not a sound came from your throat."shut up, don't move." jimin suddenly said seriously (that sounded like a tongue twister lmao) and placed the back of his hand on your forehead. "why aren't you taking care of yourself? i would be worried, you know, it hurts me to see you like that." he mumbled like a child. you pouted, "sorry, i forgot my umbrella." you replied weakly.
jimin put a strand of your hand behind your ear, then caressed your cheeks. "look at those dark circles... sorry, i should've came back to spend more time with you." you heated up even more. "now sleep, take more rest."
as he stood up, you pulled his sleeved. jimin sighed, but smiled and laid down beside you, wrapped his arms around your waist and cuddled to sleep.
a/n: wow the ending really sucked, tbh.
