The next morning came and he rushed to get to the hospital. He ran to the bathroom, brushed his teeth and did his hair. His niece yelled "Good Morning!", but he was so anxious to leave that he just ran out the door and didn't even hear her. He checked frantically for his keys until he finally got them. He then drive off with nothing else on his mind other than his mother. *20 mins later* He arrived at the hospital and sped to the front desk. "How may I help you sir?", said the very nice lady who looked like she was in her 30's. "I am here to pick up Jennifer Hernandez in room 310", said Joseph without making eye contact. "Ok sir, right down and make a left she's been moved to room 207.", she replied, "Thank you ma'am", he said as he sped down the hallway. He walks into the room and she looked so beautiful....her makeup done.....hair done.....and she was wearing his favorite outfit of hers. "Hey honey! I wanted to surprise you!", she said , "Wow! Mom! You look so beautiful.....", he said with tears in his eyes, " I know... Duh!..." she said sarcastically. Conversation between the two went on until it was time for them to leave. They leave the parking lot and headed out to go out and eat because they never had the chance to a few days before when he received the phone call about her. They made their way to IHOP! Their FAVORITE restaurant in the WORLD! "Son..... I have something to tell you..." , she said, "What is it mom?...", he replied, "I am....."
