Third POV
It's been 16 years since team flashfrost took over the world and now they were all living like god commanding officer Kara has came from South America to visit Barry and Caitlin and their kids Natalie and Ryan she was excited to see them once again but the reason why she went was because everyone else did it was the twins 16 birthday and Barry has called upon everyone he was ready to let them know the big surprise they had the twins had finally discovered their powers and it was today he was letting them show them off to all his commanding officers and he was once again excited to see his friends the people who actually cared about him after they took over the world Barry and Caitlin let Harry live because Jesse was a well respected general in his army and because he was her dad but there was so many things that was going on it was the anniversary of Barry and Caitlin the twins birthday and the day they took over the world.
*Flashback*
Barry's POV*16 years ago*
"Barry today's the day we need to take down team flash we have teased them to long the need to go".said Caitlin getting ready to fight with her Frost power suit
"I know Cait and today is the day they last stand on this Earth and we will take over".I said getting ready to fight
"We need to gather everyone and execute domination to this world they need a good leader to finally put this world to peace then war but who care what team flash does we will stand against them anyways".said Caitlin furiously
"I will gather everyone but we need 3 cannons to watch the kids while we are out their for the fight".I said
"Get Clark Oliver and Sara they have the top skills needed with the added strength so we can be together to watch them fall".said Caitlin
"Very well snowflake we take down Wally first we have to tire him out then we strike then the team will have no speedster to get them out of this situation".I said
"Execute flashfrost again?".asked Caitlin
"Double it plan speedster then flashfrost then we are clear for the kill".I said
"Alright teddy bear gather everyone and we tell the plan".said Caitlin
(Intercom)"Team flashfrost to the cortex for the final fight plan we are going for team flash today".I said
*5 minutes later*
"What's the plan commander".said Laurel
"We take down team flash using the plan we used last week plan alpha speedster and flashfrost we take the speedster first then the rest will fall".I commanded
"Please tell me my dad has no part of it".said Jesse concerned
"Jesse he may have help them but he was our captain once he has help Caitlin and I more times then we helped him he has no part in this revenge plot only the rest of team flash the ones who didn't join us we already took down Iris Cisco has joined us just like you Harry has never been apart of this plan HR and Joe will be killed by plan alpha we lure them before we go for the kill and myself and Caitlin are taking Wally down".I said
"Let me help you two with Wally we all have a connection with the negative speed force we can confuse him I will draw him out I lead him to you and take a short cut to Caitlin position and execute speedster before flashfrost".said Jesse
"How the hell did you know our plan for him?".asked Caitlin
"You two are smart but you can't get a plan by me without me doing something stupid and reckless".said Jesse
