CH 3 Calypso flirts

( Third p.o.v )

Right after the group left everyone got to work. Envy gave Calypso a backpack that would magically hold all the items she puts in it. So Calypso went to the infirmary room and started packing and making items for the trip. Envy then lead Thalia to their shared blacksmith shop. She showed her what to use to sharpen her weapons and to shine them up. Lastly was her little brother who waited patiently to learn something new from his sister. Nico got super excited seeing her ascend up the stairs thinking it was going to be a breeze.

Once I had shown everyone what they needed I came up the stairs to find my baby brother eager to learn something new. "Can we go right now? Please? he bagged me. "Alright let's go outside and see what you can do, " I smiled at him.
He rushed out the door getting a good twenty steps away from the house. I leaned against a rail looking at him.
"Arms out and spin." He did as told. "How far can you shadow travel?" He went red in the face, " I made it to China once then blacked out."

I walked to him, " Your going to learn to find metal and gems. It will be easier for you. But we are gonna work hella hard on your shadow powers." Nico nodded his head ready to go. "First get down and do two hundred push-ups. You need to work on physical and mental strength to get any better got it." "Yes, Bianca I'll start now." "I'm going to make some food I'm sure you'll be done when I get back." He didn't answer me he just kept on doing push-ups.

While I was inside making food my thoughts started to get the best of me. "I started to wonder how Calypso and Thalia felt about me. Thalia was pretty hot and Calypso was just breathtaking. I can't believe the dumb kid ditched her for the owl turd for brains. Speaking of her I can't believe what she did I thought she was a good person. She hurt Percy so bad but then again her mistake was my new beginning in a way. "Hey what you making," spoke a voice. It made me jump and cut my finger with the knife I was using.

"Oh my gods I'm so sorry, " said Calypso as she was trying to help with my finger. "Don't worry about it. It's my fault for not paying attention, " I spoke. She took my hand out from the running water and dabbed my hand dry. She took a step closer to me before making eye contact. "Does this hurt?" she asked before softly blowing on my cut. I said no as we continue to make eye contact.
"Let me put something on it to feel better, " she whispered in my ear as she passed by. That made a shiver run up my spine. She came back to me with some green paste, "This is going to make it close faster." She put it over the cut then wrapped up my finger. "I'll play nurse later love. Finish making your salad for us. I'll be back in five." With that, she walked out as Nico walked in sweating.

"What happened?" Nico seemed really concerned. "I cut myself on accident but don't worry Calypso took care of it." He nodded while asking what I was making. "Well, I was gonna do a salad with grilled chicken." He smiled, "Mind if I help you out? I'll finish chopping the carrots for the salad and toss it." I nodded at him as I took out the chicken to grill. "We haven't cooked together in forever. It's almost like it was a lifetime ago, " I said. "That's cuz it was sis, " said Nico. It was quiet for a bit till Nico asked me the one question I was hoping he wouldn't. "Did you see our mother while you were there?"

"Nico I don't think we should talk about that," I signed. "Why I'm old enough I've been through hell, " he said a bit rudely.
"It's not about that. It's just that I don't want you to have any false hope. You seeing her you might try and get her to stay as you tried with me." He shook his head, " I was young and dumb. I know she can't stay for she is no longer apart of this world." "Let's wait for Percy. He'll most likely say yes. But I'll also need his help to summon her since you aren't strong enough yet." "Do you promise on the Styx?" he whispered. "Yes, I Envy swear on the Styx to ask Percy when he gets back." Thunder rumbled in the background signaling my oath.

I made Nico shower up as I went to get the girls. I got Thalia first and she said to give her a minute. I told her sure as I went to get Calypso. Once I was in the infirmary I looked around for Calypso but didn't see her. Maybe shes already upstairs I thought. I turned to leave when I got pined up against the door letting a yelp escape my mouth. "Did I frighten my little angel?" Calypso said with a smirk on her face. I didn't realize how strong she was until now. I decided not to speak only nod yes. She ghosted her face over mine like she wanted to kiss me. "How can I make it up to you?"

I swallowed the lump in my throat as I felt her hot breath hit my neck. I was going to answer when we're interrupted. "Hey wow what's going on here?" asked Thalia. Calypso smiled sweetly letting me go, " Just having some fun before dinner. You know like we had with Percy." Thalia's cheeks turned a beautiful shade of gold. "I..i...i think we should wait for him to do that Calypso, " Thalia stuttered. "Will see about that, " Calypso said give Thalia a kiss on the cheek before going up. "This is going to be a long night, " Thalia said while grabbing my hand. She leads me up the stairs as I was still in utter shock with what had happened.
