Lost in your eyes (Ronron)

Chapter 17

I just got home from school and was doing some homework when I got a text from Aaron. Oh shoot I totally forgot I had to tutor him. I wore some Jeans and a shirt and rushed outdoors. I got into my car and drove to his house.

Mrs. Burriss opened the door when I rang the bell.

"Oh hi Veronica" She says as she leads me indoors. She has always been very nice to me ever since we moved here. Aaron, on the other hand, was barely home. He was always at parties or at random girls' houses. That left a pretty bad impression of him on me.

"Hey Roni, You're here!" Aaron says coming down the stairs excited. "Come on, let's go upstairs." He says grabbing my arm and pulling me upstairs.

"What's the hurry, Aaron?" I ask him as I entered his room.

"Nothing, just excited to see you. I was bored. Okay, Take your bag, let's go." He said grabbing his bag.

"Huh? Where are we going" I ask him confused.

"I know a beautiful place where I find it great to study and I just wanted to take you there. I have never really seen anyone else there. So yeah.. come on." He says grabbing my arm and pulling me downstairs were we bid goodbye to his parents and walk outdoors.

We had to walk for around 20 minutes and that's when I realized we reached our school

"Aaron, what are we doing at our school?" I ask him folding my arms. I didn't walk all this to get HERE.

"Chill Roni, It's behind our school" He says leading me to a place with lots of trees.

"Are we going to a forest ?" I ask stopping him. 

"The place is surrounded by these trees. We just have to go through these" He said holding my hand and leading my through them. I got attacked by branches on my arms and legs but as soon as we passed through the trees my jaw went wide open.

Aaron's POV

I laugh at Roni and begin walking further.

"Yeah I had the same reaction when Guppy brought me here the first time." I say laughing and walking further. This place is really beautiful. It's like a little park with so many different kinds of beautiful flowers and a crystal clear lake in the middle.

"Okay I don't think I'll be able to tutor you. I'll be distracted by this beauty. And look at that LAKE. Wow its soooo beautiful. We sit down near a flower bed and we started learning. Okay I admit half of the time I wasn't listening. I wasn't distracted by the lake or the flowers, I am used to them I was distracted by Roni. Her curls looked really good. Her hazel eyes look beautiful concentrating on teaching me. Oh. Teaching me. Uhh I need to concentrate.

After we were done, we sat near the lake admiring its beauty. 

"Okay first one to cross the Trees wins" I say getting up. 

"Oh those trees that look like they are part of a forest. I think the trees do a good job hiding this place. You would've never guessed there was a beautiful place behind all those trees." She said getting up. 

We started running and I was way faster than her so I slowed down to tease her but she tripped me and I pulled her down with me. I  place my hands near her head and was on my knees so I wouldn't be like on top of her. Our faces were really close and we were staring at each other for a good five seconds before we burst out laughing. I was still laughing when she ran away and passed through the trees, but luckily I caught up. We were we fighting over who won when I remembered "We forgot our bags! I'll go get 'em" I said speeding through the trees and out through them in no time.

"That was really fast. Wasn't it" I asked Roni as I passed through the trees.

"Roni ?........................RONIIIII ? ................................VERONICAAAA JOOOO MERRELL....WHERE ARE YOUUU? " I shout.

That's when a terrible idea occurred to me.........
