14 hours and 7 minutes later~
I wake up to the sun shining through the window hitting my face and a lot of noise, I open my eyes and looked at my mom. "Well good morning sleepy head." She teased having a big smile on her face. "Are we here?" I ask stretching. "Yes, as a matter of fact, we're about to pull up to the hou-" my mother was cut off by her phone ringing. "And there's your aunt calling me when I'm talking, to you Heaven," She said before answering her phone, "Yes Davina, I was just trying to tell your niece, we're about to pull up to the house, yes a matter of fact I'm pulling up now, we'll be there in about 30 seconds, Okay we'll see you guys." My mother said hanging up. "Now look to your right and you'll see the house I grew up in." She smirked while making me look, when I looked I saw a beautiful house. "You grew up in this? This house is so beautiful." my eyes widen in shock as we pulled up to it. "Yes I grew up in this house, well up until I was 16, I wanted to get out of New Orleans and find something new, but around after I left I somehow met your father at 17. I wish you could have met him before he died." She said getting out of the car, "Mom if this makes you happy, when I was past out in the woods after I almost died from whoever wanted to kill me, I met him on the other side, and sometimes when I fall asleep I somehow go to the other side and he's by his cousin his uncle, his father, he told me he misses you." I said to her as we grabbed our two bags. My mother went to say something but a girl running out of the house smiling and attacked my mother into a hug, my mother dropped her bags and hugged her back laughing a little bit.
"Oh Davina, I have missed you so much." My mother said pulling away from the hug, "I've missed you too, last time I saw you was when you were 16 and I was probably about five years old from the last time I saw you." Davina said, she looked at me and smiled. "I'm guessing you're my niece. I'm your aunt Davina." She said holding her hand out, "You'd be guessing right, I'm Heaven and I don't do handshakes." I said hugging her. "Why don't we go in, Kol should be back any minute and you my good lady can invite him in," Davina says looking at my mom for the part and then looking at me for the last part. 'What does she mean I would have to invite him in?' I thought to myself. "Mom what does she mean I would have to invite him in?" She looked at me, "Well, along time ago, after you were born and before I gave you up, I put your name under this house, for when you were older and ready to move." She replied while walking beside me with her bags in her hands. I nodded my head as we walked in. "Wow, this place is so pretty," I smiled as we walked into the living room. "Yes, it is, everything has changed a lot since I have been here but it still looks pretty. Now we are gonna show you, your room, I'm sure your aunt is dying for you to see it." She grinned, looking at my aunt Davina, who was smiling and almost jumping up and down. She walked over and grabbed my arm and ran over to the stairs. "Okay woman I'm coming, no need to be so grabby," I giggled, pulling my arm out of her grasp and making the older women laugh. I followed her upstairs with my mom behind me. Aunt Davina opened the first door and walked in. "This is your bedroom, I didn't really know what you liked so over the next couple of days or so you could redo it however you want to." She says looking at me, I shook my head. "No, I don't want to redo it, I like it, not too colorful and it's bright, these are a few of my favorite colors, this is way better than my room at moms house." I said making them laugh a little, "Well just to let you know young lady, I didn't do your bedroom at my house, your aunt did." My mother joked. I walked over to the bed and put my bag down. I walked over to the window and saw the pretty view, I heard a car pull up and saw a guy get out and walk over to the door and knock. "I think Kols here, let's go let him in." Aunt Davina said we walked out of my room, my mom going to her room. We walk over to the door and aunt Davina answered it. "Hi, Kol." She said smiling. "Heaven this is my husband, Kol." She said holding the door open and looking at me. "Hello Kol, would you like to come in?" I ask him, "I would love to come in, love." He said walking in. "So, does this mean you're my uncle?" I said laughing a bit. He turned around and looked at me. "Yes, it does." He said laughing a bit. "You have a cousin too, she's about your age, but she lives in Mystic Falls, you might know her." Kol said, "Her name wouldn't happen to be Hope Mikaelson would it?" I said to Kol, he nodded his head, "Yes, that's her." He said just as my mother walked out of her room. "She's mentioned you a lot, she mentioned her aunts, Freya and Rebekah, I think she said." I said looking at him, "My sisters, Rebekah is with her fiancé and Freya is with her wife here in New Orleans." He smiled at me and then at Davaina.
