His mother is said to have brain cancer, she is in her critical stage, they found out quite late because she was always on different trips for her design collections, her manager started noticing when sometimes she couldn't speak well and she got lost in her own home, but he thought it was a mistake, Mr Russell called him, and told him her step faltered in the airport and she collapsed, he rushed to the hospital and found that things was not okay with her, the doctors are saying that they are putting all their best in waking her, but they could not say if she was so or is in comma.
Alexis who was in Spain had to take the private jet, to come home, when she saw her mother, she almost cried her eyes out, she attacked Mr Russell, but then started blaming herself because she was barely around to see her mother, she was too busy with her career that she never knew her mother was dying.
Barry was out of it, he looked like a person who has seen a ghost, tiredness was written all over his face.
Even if he had not been the most caring and dedicated husband, he has never imagined life without her.
He needed to be strong especially for Alexis who is a crying mess, he knew the role of Yvonne in their lives was unreplaceable, it was priceless.
Divine intervention was all they were praying for, the doctors were still in a confused state;if she was in a long steep or comma.
Reed forced Alexis to go home and relax; that all will be well, even if he too was hoping for a miracle.
He decided to take a drive to clear off his mind then he'll return to the hospital to check on his mother.
Reed decided to have some fresh air after everything that has happened to him, he was driving over the bridge, when he decided to park, the road looked lonely that mid evening, the sun was slightly disappearing.
Laurie was done shopping when she decided to pick a toy for kitty, when she made sure there was nothing to purchase , she paid for what she bought and left the mall for her car.
