She woke up very early that day -to be exact 4.am in the morning-with a whooping cough that woke up the blonde surgeon beside her. The whooping coughs made him sit up in bed to hold her properly and she turned her head him with difficulty saying, "Get. . . .get. . .my. . .inhaler. . please" She pleaded with a hoarse voice that he didn't expect.

He looked around frantically for the said inhaler till she pointed at bedside table where in she puts her inhaler whenever she stays over. He picked up the pace and handed her inhaler to her, breathing heavily she puts the inhaler over her mouth, silently pressing the top making a slight beep sound. When she put the inhaler away she can finally breathe properly for now but the blonde surgeon looked up at her in shock.

"What the hell just happened?" He asked and she turned her head to him once again with her glistening eyes. She didn't answer and he furrowed his eyebrows at her. "Tell me. Please tell me. I want to know..." Boruto persisted. She sat down beside him pulling her knees to her chest and stared at anything but him.

"I have. . .asphyxia" she whispered and finally teared her gaze from the door to his eyes that were staring at her. "What do you mean by that?" He asked and she sighed once again tearing her gaze to anywhere but his eyes. "I meant what I said-" "So you mean you have-" "Yes, Bolt. I meant what I said. Asphyxia, asthma, heart failure. Yes! The whole thing!" She raised her voice a little before fiddling with her fingers.

"Look, I have to go before somebody sees us-" he grabbed her hand, tracing her knuckles. "Don't leave. Please stay. With me even if it's just for a little while" he said and pulled her into his arms tightly.

"Alright.." She said and he smiled.

I guess he's not the only one who fell in love. . . . .
