They rush her inside the hospital and into a room quickly. She looked so weak. So weak. It was like the world ended for Boruto. She looked pale. Deadly pale. When they brought her to a room, he stayed beside her the whole time.

"Come on. Stay with me" He whispered with his head against her knuckles. "I can't lose you. Not now. Not like this. Not when I haven't told you." His voice choked in the end. If Sarada was hearing this she would cry at him as well. But she's not awake.

Then a doctor knocks on the door of the room, "Come in." Boruto said and the doctor opened the door carefully, hopefully not waking the raven that's currently sleeping. "Ah, Doctor Uzumaki. Nice to see you here." The doctor greeted and Boruto nodded at her.

"I'm Doctor Grandeeney Marvell. I've been Sarada's doctor ever since her parents found out about this disease," Grandeeney greets and stands to the other side of Sarada's bed. She checked her vitals and wrote things in her clipboard.

"I see, so how long has it been since she's had this?" Boruto asked and carefully examining Sarada in that horrible state. It was too painful for him to see. "Well dear, she's had this since she was 8 years old. So I guess since she's already 24 now, it's been 16 years of this sickness." Grandeeney sighed.

"Oh. Why did this happen to her today?" He asked once more. "She took her meds a little too late. I guess she was starving herself. I'd leave you watch over her, dear." And with that Grandeeney left.

"What am going to do to you?" He whispers.

3 hours later-

Sarada then sits up in bed. She carefully analyzed her her surroundings. Her senses coming back to her as fast as lightning. She instantly knew she is in a hospital room. "What the?" She sees Boruto watching her carefully.

Sarada's pov

I open my eyes and see him sitting beside me and I sat up not caring if he tried to put me back to my laying form, "Why do you care anyway?" I say as I feel him grab my hand with a little tug. "Straight to the point I care about you..." He mumbled. "You don't know that.." I harshly say as he plants a kiss on my hand, "I may or may not verify my feeling for you right now, but I'm sure as hell that I care about you."

Asphyxia, a condition arising when the body is deprived of oxygen, causing unconsciousness or death; suffocation. A condition I have that I have trouble breathing when I get stressed, a condition where I could die instantly when nobody helps me.There are many circumstances that can induce asphyxia, all of which are characterized by an inability of an individual to acquire sufficient oxygen through breathing for an extended period of time. Asphyxia can cause coma or death.

"Please don't be too good, I'll miss you if you're gone. Please don't be too caring, I probably will like you if you are. Please don't be too sweet, I would slip and fall for you and nobody would catch me if I did. And please, I'm begging you. Don't make me fall in love with you if all you would do is break me apart." I tell him and surprising his eyes soften.

"Don't you worry...... I won't." And that's when I knew I had to believe him.
