A new boyfriend??

Chapter 3
"Bing" my phone goes off its an unknown number i answer "hello?" "hey its kalix wanna hang out soon" " i can't i'm going to... uh... ca-camp this summer" oh he said and stopped messaging me. The school year started I'm grade 12. Remembering the summer and that Carson had moved I walked in the school and saw
"Madison go to E109" I went there a sign said well summer happened we didn't. My first thought was dumb kalix when will you give up. Then it said go to C217 so I went upstairs to see another note say I missed you glad it was a summer. I kept saying that kalix had to stop then it said last clue go to the drama room so I did. It was dark when I turned the lights on my eyes adjusted and I saw Carson I stopped took off my shoes we have to in the drama room no shoes on the ground after I did I ran to Carson and kissed him. " I thought you were in Manitoba" I said he looked at me and said " it was just for summer we had to help my grandparents move to British Columbia''. I couldn't believe it Carson had come back. Shorty after Carson and I were back together I saw kalix so I walked up to him and said ''how was your summer'' he said ''good I have a girlfriend now'' ''really I'm happy for you we should go on a double date'' I said. '' wait you have a boyfriend'' kalix said. Carson walked up. ''Oh right you didn't know  Carson moved back home to be with me'' I said. kalix just walked away. I looked at Carson and shrugged. I met up with Elric and he said ''you look way too happy for the first day of school'' I said ''Carson is back and we are back together'' Elric just looked at me and said '' oh good for you see you in science" I walked away when I got a text saying next surprise it was from Carson... It said go to E101 my foods teacher gave me my next clue it said well my girlfriend ready where did we start to date go there. So I went to where the bus was. The next clue read now go to the gym the last clue said go to the cave in Brazil where we had our first real date. I got so excited signed myself out of school. Ran to cave to see the nicest set up there bright blue and green and red and purple lights he has somehow made the moon come out during the day I went to go sit and there was a trail of rose petals on the ground leading  to a seat I sat down and waited I heard "you came" I looked all around and said " why wouldn't i you're my boyfriend" suddenly I saw a shadow appear and I said "wow you put a lot of work into this" I jumped up and went to the shadowed figure and said " I love you" I kissed him and when I opened my eyes i looked in his eyes and the weren't blue they were brown I just looked at him and said kalix is that you he walked out of the shadow and said "I  knew you loved me" I just turned around and grabbed the garlic bread from the table and ran back to the school I ate the bread when Elric and Carson were walking by I passed out and almost died again. Even though I couldn't breathe or talk I was able to hear so I heard Carson say " how did this happen why did this happen who did this to her" Elric replied saying " I think I know I think it was kalix" Carson kicked the ambulance door open and jumped out he shrieked and then he was the demon again he grew his wings and started to fly to find kalix. Elric stayed with me until I was resuscitated and after that I ran out of the hospital Elric close behind Elric said "hey slow down" i turned around and said " turn into a wolf" and i started to run again Elric turned into a wolf and started running behind me i caught up to Carson he had a spell in his hand and kalix was in front of him Carson's spell was "what you did was so wrong i will send you where you belong" i flew in front of kalix and when Carson realized what he had done he dropped to his knees and a cloud of black smoke surrounded him Elric had caught up and saw the scene he knew what had happened he walked up to Carson and said what happened knowing very well had happened. So Elric and Carson went to timmies to talk about what happened Carson said " well...after you said kalix did it to Madison I ran to find him to return the favour when I found him he ran up to me and asked if Madison was okay, of course I said yes but then I said but you won't be I jumped up and turned back into the Demon and that's when Madison flew in front of him to save him and that's what happened" "woah" Elric said when the walked back to where they left my body the were talking about Mason and how he got Elric a real life Pokémon because he is a genius and had the power to create fictional characters. Anyway the Pokémon was a Wishiwashi Mason has been working on this for months and I have known for a long time but it's a gift for Elric and his anniversary which is in a week. Anyway when the got back to my body Carson dropped to his knees and started to
cry but Elric just grabbed his shoulder and said "he could fix this but only once and it would go back to the ambulance are you gonna be able to handle this without almost killing kalix" Carson looked at Elric then back at my body and said "yes" Elric spell was " time to fix what we have done let's go back and have some fun" then light came out from Elric's hands and flash we were back in the ambulance and Elric said " I think I know I think it was kalix"  Carson looked around the ambulance remembering what happened looked at Elric who did too he said "dude it's your only chance I can't reverse time again" so Carson took a deep breath and said "how can we help her" to the paramedics the looked at him with a grim face and said we couldn't save her he almost turned in a Demon before I used my telepathy and said "I'll be ok I'm already dead remember I'm a vampire" he had a face of relief then the said "we will try at the hospital but it doesn't look good" he just looked at them at the hospital when they declared me dead they left Carson in the room with me I opened my eyes and looked at him and said "thank you for not trying to kill kalix this time" and quickly closed my eyes and made the appearance of breathing and they said "what happened how did she wake up" Carson looked at them and said awkwardly  " I don't know she just woke up after I grabbed her hand and kissed it, it was weird" about 2 days later I was released from the hospital Elric was there to greet me but Carson wasn't. I didn't bother asking because I though he was sick but when I got home he came over and we talked all night when he went home I said "I'll see you tomorrow on the bus" he smiled and nodded. I got on the bus in the morning and he wasn't there. He also wasn't at school. I saw his friends and went up to them to ask where he was the said " we don't know he hasn't messaged in the group chat or our calls" I walked away and went to my first class foods and Carson would usually be my partner but he wasn't there I thought maybe he'll be here late maybe he is at the doctor. He'll  be here during art. I walked into art class we had to paint a picture about something that makes us happy. So I thought of my relationship with Carson then i decided on my friends I made a picture with words that described them Rae was Kindness Bridget was Joy Alice was caring katelyn was sweet but when I got to Elric I didn't know what to write I thought and thought then I realized his word is gay the happy meaning. When I had finished it I handed it in when I sat down the fire alarm when off we ran out to the school we got the big willow tree my class was meeting under when we were all there we watched the school burn down to the ground when we were able to go home my school's principal emailed everyone saying it was during the foods class someone left a cloth on the stove and it caught on fire and the didn't know what to do so the through it in the garbage can and then it caught fire so after the melted van was there the foods teacher pulled the fire alarm the email also stated that we would finish the year in portables. During this time the had to combine a lot of LA classes so I met someone named Anna and there was something off about her it took weeks for me to figure it out a few days later I asked her if she had joyfuffle it's a very rare power the power make anyone smile at command. She said "yes please don't say anything...wait how did you know" I said "I'm a vampire"she said "oh I knew it" we laughed it off and then I got a text that says "we need to talk" I got concerned it was Carson i got to him and he said I know you kissed kalix I looked at him and said that's when he pretended to be you Carson didn't care so he said " we're done" he turned around and said " by the way I know you have had a thing for him for a while". How did he know that I haven't told anyone. I walk to the class kalix is in with me I sat by my friend Alice and plop my head on her shoulder she said "what happened" I looked at her and said "Carson dumped me and kalix thinks I like him" she laughed and said " but don't you kinda like him" I looked at her and mumbled "yes" the teacher said " ok so we are switching things up and new groups today she put kalix and I in a group together we were in the bakery so when I was asked to get the sugar I walked away to the pantry and kalix followed because he was asked to get the baking soda. Then the door closed and i wasn't worried it closed often when I went to open it.I pushed it. kalix laughed and said it's a pull door he pulled it but it didn't open. We were stuck. So I started banging on the door but no one answered so I turned around and bumped into kalix he said " sorry you already?"I looked at him and smiled and sat down. He sat beside me he said "so I heard something weird from someone" I looked at him and said "what did you hear" he said " it's funny someone said you liked me" I said " well of course you're my friend" he said "no" they told me "you liked me liked me" I said " well maybe I did but that was a long time ago" he looked and me and said "Madison I like you too" the scent of cinnamon filled the pantry. As I look in his eyes I can't help but think the remind me of chocolate chips. I look away but he pulls my attention back on to him his dark and mysterious eyes make me blush his soft thin jaw line make my spine twitch. I guess I really do like him. As he leans in I feel his hot breath on my cheek I start to lean to him when our lips meet with a soft unbraced as we interlock our lips I feel a bead of sweat on my face as we separate a girl walks in to see us. She screams like a hyena and starts hyperventilating and talking to herself. I look at kalix who says "can we talk after class?" I look at him and nod. We get back and the teacher says "oh did you get stuck in the pantry sorry it has a sticky lock" I just looked at kalix and smiled. The teacher went on about the recipe she said " Madison can you get the milk" so I went to the fridge I look on the shelf that was 2 feet above ground and I grab it as I'm a walking out the girl who saw kalix and I walked in she said  "so you like him now" I looked at her and said "he actually said he liked me first" she was so bitchy she said "he could do way better" I looked her dead in the eye and said "at least someone likes me that's more than you can say" and I walked out kalix saw I was pissed I said "don't ask" we went on in class I started to mix the dough and the girl walked by and she whispered in my ear just quiet enough that only I could hear her. " if I see you two together tomorrow I'm telling the whole school" and she walks away. I glare at her, kalix grabs my shoulder.    "you ok" he asks "yes" I huff after school I meet up with kalix and he ask " Madison will you go on a date with me" I looked at him and smile and say " yes... but I mean why would I say no considering we already kissed" he grabbed my hand and we started walking to my bus he said " see you tomorrow" as he kissed my cheek. I turned around and placed a hand on my cheek I got on the bus and smiled at my bus driver. I sat by the grade 7's they looked at me and then back at each other I look at my phone and I have a text from kalix. Saying " tomorrow night I'm taking you to a nice dinner" I smiled the 7th graders just looked at me and one finally said " you have a boyfriend" I looked at them and smirked. As I was getting off my bus I get another message from Kalix saying "umm...never mind about the date" I ask him "what why?"
