The car ride home was long and silent. Quinn was trying to find the right words to say.
"Noah."
Puck glanced at Quinn while he continued driving. "You okay?"
"I wanted to talk about what you said back there." Quinn stated. "And the kiss."
"Just forget it." Puck suggested.
"I wanna be with you, too." Quinn blurted.
Puck didn't say anything.
"I miss living with you and being with you and sharing everything with you." Quinn explained. "And Beth."
"We miss all that, too." Puck said softly.
"I wanna be with you." Quinn repeated. "But I have to tell you something first."
Puck nodded.
Quinn took a deep breath, but didn't say anything.
Puck took Quinn's hand. "You can tell me anything. You know that."
"I told you I went to two doctors this week." Quinn began. "But I didn't tell you about the second one."
"What happened at the second one?" Puck wondered.
"I went to the doctor." Quinn explained. "To ask about having another baby."
"Another baby?" Puck repeated, furrowing his eyebrow.
"Not now, but maybe in the future." Quinn clarified. "If that's what we both wanted."
"Well, I think I do." Puck nodded. "In the future."
Quinn bit her lip and paused again.
"Q." Puck said softly as he squeezed Quinn's hand.
"They told me that the damage to my spinal cord is so severe that they don't recommend me getting pregnant ever again." Quinn informed Puck as tears filled her eyes. "They said it's too dangerous."
"I thought they said you were gonna make a full recovery." Puck stated.
"Apparently that just means I'm most likely gonna walk again." Quinn replied.
Puck looked at Quinn and frowned. "I'm sorry, Q."
"I'm sorry." Quinn said softly as tears rolled down her cheeks.
"You have nothing to be sorry about." Puck said as he parked the car in front of the Fabray house and looked at Quinn.
"This is all my fault." Quinn cried. "I can't give us what we want because I ruined it."
"Hey." Puck shook his head as he took Quinn's hand. "It's not your fault."
"It is." Quinn argued. "I was the one who-"
"You and Beth are enough for me." Puck interrupted Quinn.
Quinn took a deep breath as she wiped her eyes. "What about another baby? In the future."
Puck shrugged. "I love you, and I love Beth, and you two are all I need."
"I just don't want you resenting me because I can't give you what you want." Quinn stated. "What we both want."
"I would never resent you." Puck told Quinn. "It's not your fault."
Quinn bit her lip and looked at Puck.
"I love you, Quinn." Puck repeated. "And I wanna be with you."
"I love you." Quinn admitted softly.
