Ngayon ko lang napansin na nasa tagaytay pala kami ngayon, nandito kami sa isang cafe with an overlooking view of taal lake, I really didn't expect na dito kami dadalhin ni ricci, I thought we'll be going to the mall, play arcade or worst sa club or bars. Of all the places why here? Dumiretso na kami sa loob at umupo na sa reserved table. Since kami pa lang ni ricci ang nandito malamang ang awkward kaya pinag tuonan ko na lang ng pansin ang view even tho I can sense in my peripheral vision that someone is staring at me and its obviously ricci, so I looked at him back. He just smirked and looked down and thank god Zach arrived, di ko kakayanin ang tension.
"Hello guys" tumabi si zach kay ricci
"Saan si Donny?" I asked
"Looking for me?" biglang sumulpot si Donny at tumabi sa akin still eyeing me
"Okay, since kumpleto na tayo. Let's eat first and we'll talk later kung anong gagawin natin this day" sabi ni Zach
While eating, I'm relieved na medyo gumaan yung atmosphere, we just talk about school, our courses. I'm taking up comparative literature while Donny is business ad, Zach- film, and Ricci is taking up sports science.
"By the way, ba't ang init ng ulo mo kay ricci?" I asked Donny
"He just pissed me off"
"You just can't accept defeat, man" ricci replied
"Whatever, so what are we doing after this?"
"Wait, let's just chill first. How about we play a game?" ricci suggested
"What game?" zach asked
"20 questions, but for now since we're 4, 5 questions each lang muna"
"Game" Zach and I said in unison, Donny got no choice but to agree
"So the 1st sequence will be, me to sharra, sharra to donny then donny to zach, and zach to me, after that another sequence ulit" ricci said
"So, sharra my first question will be; are you having fun right now?"
"What kind of question is that?"
"We can ask whatever we want, okay? Just answer the question" ricci said
"Okay fine, yes."
Ricci smiled at me but iba yung smile like it felt genuine, my heart literally skips a beat, but still I can control my facial expression so I'm still safe.
"My turn, so Donny why business ad when you can do courses related to sports?" I asked
"Just my parents decision" donny replied
"Oh, so parang you'll inherit your family's company and stuff?"
"One question at a time right?" Donny said and looked at me intently
"O-okay, sige turn mo na" iyon na lang nasabi ko dahil kung makatingin naman nito parang ang laki ng kasalanan ko
"Do you really believe that after this experiment, four of us will still continue being friends?" donny asked zach
"Honestly, I don't know but base on what I observed right now, I think we will get more closer w/ each other and who knows we might want meet not only the required once a week but more often"
"Hear,hear" ricci said
"My turn, what's with you and Donny?" Zach asked
"Ok, the thing is his sister likes me in a fan way, every time we play against each other, doon sya umuupo sa side ng school namin when she's supposed to sit in their side also medyo pikon din to sa court" ricci said while pointing at donny
