A/N: So I don't really know how things with a surrogate mother go, so I'm using my own interpretation of it. Mostly because a lot of countries have other rules and handle it differently too. So yeah. Enjoy!

A few weeks passed since I made the gigantic mistake of getting drunk and me and Niall were doing alright again. Though it had taken a while before Niall really got over it. Yes he had told me he had forgiven me and much sooner than I had expected him to, may I add. Which probably had to do with me making sure the meeting with the surrogate mothers had went well and maybe Niall's own guilt of yelling 'those' words at me, but he certainly hadn't forgotten it. I'd seen it in his eyes every time I would drink a pint. No anger, just disappointment. Slowly that had disappeared though and we were now focusing on the future. It helped that we had another meeting with Deborah and this time we had Amelia with us, so she could meet our wonderful daughter. We didn't tell Am who she really was and just introduced her as a friend. It would be far to difficult for Am to understand and Deborah wouldn't play a big role in our life after she had given birth. We had put that in the contract we had with her. In there was also that she couldn't be a surrogate mother for anyone else except us, if we ever decided to have more kids. We didn't want our child to have other half siblings like that, but mostly because we were afraid people would use her to get to us. Would use her to have half siblings related to us, two lads from One Direction and our children. Deborah understood that and had agreed fully with it. Of course she was still allowed to have children of her own if she ever wanted to. Just like she would be welcome to visit a couple times a year, though never as the child's mother. And so there were a few more things in the contract. Like secrecy for one. She couldn't go to the media with her story before or after she gave birth. Not that she looked like the kind of person who would do that, but after getting famous we soon learned people would do strange things for money.

Speaking of birth, if everything went right our family might be expanding a little over nine months. About a week ago Deborah had went to the clinic for some basic test and it proved she was most fertile in two weeks. So that's when the insemination would be taken place. Niall would be going to the clinic next week for a talk and to donate his sperm. So in say seven weeks we could know if we were pregnant or not and honestly I couldn't wait.

But first I needed to do something I've wanted to do for a long time now. Ask my Niall to marry me. Four months ago I had already bought a ring, which was now hidden in the back of my closet. I hadn't really planned on buying it back then, though. I had been shopping with my mom and she had wanted to buy a new bracelet, so we went into a jewelry store. There it was that I saw it. Nothing extravagant, yet beautiful, elegant and manly. Perfect. Neither of us liked a big eye catching ring and I certainly couldn't buy a ring with a big stone for him. My Nialler was most definitely not a girl. So I bought it. Not even showing it to my mother until after I payed. She had smiled though, nodding and giving her approval. Telling me I made an excellent choice. Now I just needed to ask him and I already had the perfect plan for it. Again nothing super special or over the top. Neither Niall nor I was that kind of guy. Still I needed some help, so I decided to call Liam.

Dialing the number, I impatiently waited for him to pick up. Everything needed to be arranged before Niall and Am got back from their walk. “Hello Harry.” The older said as he picked up.

“Liam. Listen I need to ask you for a favor” I told him, not beating around the bushes.

“Oh yeah, what is it?” Even through the phone I knew he was frowning slightly. Liam was an amazing guy, but he could be so predictable.

“Can Am sleep at your house from Thursday to Friday?”

“Yeah sure, but why?”

“I want to spend a romantic evening with Nialler, so I.... I'm gonna pop the question.” Wow even saying it made me feel nervous and excited at the same time. I could feel the butterflies in my stomach.
