Firstly, I would like to say thank you for choosing to read my stories. I honestly did not expect anyone to read my stories which I wrote, throughout my school years (which, of course had been modified, thoroughly to make it more pleasant and easier to read). Before you skip this part completely, before I begin with my story, I will explain on how I got the inspiration to write the story before posting the actual story. You can skip the part, no problem as it has nothing to do with the story. If you choose to stop reading here, I hope my stories will excite and entice you. I accept constructive criticism. (just as long you do not bash me *nervous laughter* )
This was made for more selfish reasons, honestly. Besides this being a place where I can learn to improve my writing skills for the future, I started this to thank all of my teachers and mentors as mentioned in the description.
Recently, I just lost one of my beloved teacher yesterday evening, and I could not stop crying. She was a close family friend, and an amazing school teacher who changed the lives She has been teaching me the beauty of writing, important skills and the joy (and cringe) of reading back my very first essays, knowing how much improvement one makes with constant practice and a wild imagination, since I was 11. And she has been beside me, coaching, advising and meeting her was one of my greatest turning point in my life. She was a vigorous and colourful person. I had the honor of being her student in school when I was 13 to 14 years old. You should have seen the way she comes alive when she teaches us poems and stories. At times, she would even dance in the classroom, making our English lessons, one of the most awaited time of the day. She was energetic and vigorous, absolutely non-stop.
Until the 30th of December of 2018, when I got the news from my classmate. I didn't believe it at first but when we called up her residence, she was no more. In Malaysia, those who are my age, would have to sit for a major exam, SPM. In one of the English papers, we are required to write an essay based on 5 titles. She wanted me to read my essay, but in the end, she was not able to read it. Once I am done with it, I may post it here. If you are a follower of LylacDaydreams and BloomingIrish, she was our teacher who will be known as Madam T.
This really showed me how short our time can be here, so before i regret anything, I chose to make these stories public. They may not be as amazing or beautiful as others but I really hope that they will touch your hearts and maybe, maybe even be a source of inspiration to you, the reader.
So, as I said before, this is dedicated to all of my beloved English teachers and mentors that have nurtured this sapling that have become a vibrant. And to my dearest teacher who started it all, Madame T, this is for you.
