Unikitty was like "YAY!!!" and Master Frown was looking at her like this ⬆️
I say, according to my longtime study of facial expressions throughout the years (wow AK, just WOW), he might actually want to thank her, but he does not know how, or he's too shy or awkward to show his gratitude, since he's a bad guy. So, he faked himself in front of Unikitty, claiming that he totally planned everything.
